My first experience was bad enough when I waited 1hr 15 mins only to find out that their computers were down and that they could not see me that day. I made another appointment only to be very disappointed. My appointment was at 12:30 I waited about 15mins and then all went down hill from there. They call me to go to a room but before taking me to the room they started taken a parametric x rays of my mouth. Mind you I have dentures on the top and only 9 teeth on the bottom. After the x rays they put me in a room and started taking more x rays with this gun. I questioned this and said I did not want all this radiation Shawn said it was a new text nick and there was little radiation .. Since I had a ppo insurance they were offering free teeth whitening. Shawn said if I give a good review on facebook and used her name that she would give me 3 whitening treatments so I did as she asked and I only received one treatment in my bag to go home. I went for a cleaning and at 2:10pm I still hadn't had my cleaning. I got up out of the chair and left. They had the nerve to send me a $235.00 bill for x rays after insurance , which I never wanted to begin with or was given the option. I would not send my dog to this people .. I don't like how they bribe you to give them a good review. I feel for it on facebook but I am telling how it actually is. Shame on them read more

I am new to the area, and having finally settled down after years of moving, I wanted to find a new, permanent dentist in the area. I think I've found it here at Mint Dentistry. The office staff was kind and immediately greeted me upon entry. Completing paperwork was as simple as typing on an iPad (which they provided). It's nice to see a dental office embrace technology and use it to their advantage. While I waited, the staff offered me the use of an iPad for surfing the Internet, Beats headphones to listen to music, and once in the chair, offered to turn on some TV for me. The hygienist was kind, explaining everything she was doing while she took X-rays. The doctor gave a thorough examination and explained what I could do to improve my smile by replacing some well worn front crowns. They gave me a treatment plan that was not overly pricey, and even offered payment plans. Overall, this was my first experience in a long time with a dentist who doesn't try to sell things I don't need for my teeth. Although I declined the offer for new crowns, I didn't feel the least bit pressured to make a decision today. After years of searching, I have found a permanent dental office. The fact that it's right around the corner from my house is a bonus. Thank you Mint Dentistry: you've given me many more reasons to smile!! read more

Mint Dentistry In spring did a wonderful job. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The office is very modern and full of all kinds of technology! When you first walk in you are given a small iPad to input all your information ( mine froze but they helped me out and everthing went smooth). You are allowed to hold on to your iPad while you wait to watch Netflix or surf the web! When you are taken to the back they ask you if you would like to watch Netflix or listen to music while sitting in a message chair! Man it was very relaxing while you wait for your exam to start! The Dental assistance were very informative about explaining what they were doing and what was happening next. When the actual dentist came in she was very nice and explained to me how to improve teeth health. This has been the best dentist I have been to since living in Houston. First time patient at Mint Dentistry as i had to see what all the hype was about. First off front desk was very polite and greeted me immediately upon arrival. Then Yvette was so sweet and took her time to explain the Xrays. Very up beat personality. Then Skye came in to take over was equally fantastic. She helped fit my mouth for the custom teeth whitening trays. Very courteous staff. Then Dr Ali had great manners and greeted me. He took his time to explain my options and what i needed. Never felt like he was rushing me. Then to end my appt with the great Koko was my hygienist who took her time with my deep cleaning which everyone knows is very uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in I felt like a celebrity. I had to bring my son with me and they supplied me with an iPad and beats headphones. Thank u Jesus!!!!! He is currently sitting in the chair with his sunglasses on that mint gave him. I haven't heard a peep yet. He is a 3 year year old and that is rare for us lol. My assistant Ebony is the bomb!!! She is so upbeat and personal. She made me feel welcome and took her time explaining everything she was doing and everything that wud be going on today. I was afraid of going to the dentist bcuz I have been neglecting my teeth. But I'm so relaxed that I think imma be ok. Oh yeah they cut on Netflix for me at the exact episode and minute I am currently on with Orange is the New Black. Wow! Wow, my first visit to Mint Dentistry was phenomenal. I was blown away as soon as I walked in the door by their super friendly staff and all the amenities this dentistry as to offer. I originally went to this dentist because I wanted to get an evaluation and recommendation for my teeth. I was contemplating on dental implants or a duraplast (flex) partial. I love the 360 x-rays and photo imaging x-ray that they have. After examining my teeth the dentist recommended the flex partial because I had no bone in some areas of my mouth. Therefore, the dental implants could not be an option for me, but I still could have a great smile with the flex partial. Looking forward to smiling with my new teeth soon. :) Roschawn D. read more

I heard about this place over and over and over again on several radio stations, I had a tooche ache that kept me up allllll the time, I started to go to my old dentist but thought you know what, I hear all these commercials about how different and "luxurious they are, lets try it" I must say it's nice... the people are nice, well presented and professional. OMG... This was the best professional, pain-free gentle, informative and relaxing dental experience ever! From the time I arrived and signed with Araceli and Vy, until I left, I felt like I was in great hands! I enjoyed the headphones in tbe waiting area. Once assigned to a room, I was able to select the Kirk Franklin station on Pandora. This relaxed me! Chasitie and Dr. Nedea were very thorough during my dental x-rays and exam. This was my 3rd visit to this office and I explained to the staff how being off work for several months and needed dental care which i could not afford at this time. Staff member Jonathan helped with the billing process in a way that I was able to get the work needed. I heard about Mint on the radio like everyday basically and all the cool things they had to offer sounded intriguing. So when it was time for my next cleaning I decided to give them a try and it was a great decision. The staff is really nice, and the rooms are fully loaded. They have massage chairs, I could watch tv during the whole visit, and they even give you sun glasses for that bright light they pull down. My hygienist, Chanekwa was great and my teeth felt super clean. I also got the free whitening regiment and that's going great. Glad I gave mint a try. read more

This was my first visit to a Mint dentistry and it was a great experience. Was able to complete all the new patient forms online before visiting, speeding up the already short wait time. Was greeted by Nicole, who was very nice and accommodating in making sure I was comfortable. After initial xrays everything was quick and was on to getting free trays for teeth whitening with my PPO insurance. Overall the total experience was amazing! Had an excellence experience at Mint Dentistry spring location. The three ladies at the front desk were great, especially making sure my kids were relaxed and not nervous for their visit, giving them iPads and headphones to use during the whole appointment. We worked with Shan and Chasitie during our visit and they were great with myself, my 6 year old and my 4 year old. My 6 year old was very nervous and Chasitie was able to get her pano and X-rays with no problem. Overall great experience. read more

My first visit to Mint Dentistry was better than I imagined. The staff was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was not like your normal dentist offices. They offered my sons water, headsets and an I pad while I completed the forms electronically on an I pad. This was a first for all of us. I couldn't wait to tell family and friends without PPO dental insurance about their MINT discount plan.
