This was my go to for Beignets for years, but now, not so much. We were so excited to get them, we haven't been to Disneyland for at least 5 years. We missed the warm powered sugared, soft, and fluffy pastry. It was such a disappointment. The Mickey shaped beignets were not looking like Mickey shape. They tasted bland and there was not fluffiness to the pastry. It was awful. We should have returned them, but we didn't want to wait in the line again. We did not finish them and threw them away. Disney should be doing better.

Stopped by the Mint Julep Bar and tried the beignets--delicious sugary goodness that's perfect for a long day at the park! They come three to an order for about $10, which is pretty standard for Disneyland. The only thing I noticed is that the middle was completely empty, even though they're fried donuts, but the flavor and sweetness made up for it. Overall, tasty and satisfying--definitely a nice treat.

This is the perfect place to indulge in the iconic Mickey-shaped beignets--whether you go for the traditional powdered sugar version or one of their seasonal offerings. They also serve nonalcoholic mint juleps that rotate seasonally, and they're incredibly refreshing. We've tried both the classic mint julep and the hibiscus mint julep, and honestly, you can't go wrong--both are light, flavorful, and the perfect complement to warm park days. Mobile ordering is available here, and I highly recommend using it since the lines can get long. Bonus: once you pick up your order, you can even try to catch the train nearby for a relaxing ride through Disneyland Park. It's a simple, tasty break that feels uniquely Disneyland and never disappoints.

Mickey shaped beignets! It was my first time having a beignet at Disneyland. I have been missing out all for so many years! I placed a mobile order on the app. Would highly recommend as the line to order in person might be long. I went to the pick up window for my order (you will get a notification on the app when it is ready). I ordered the 3 piece. The beignets were hot, fluffy, soft, light and airy. A bit hollow. It was really good though. Eating this will get messy so definitely have some napkins ready! I read that some people were saying the beignets from Downtown Disney are better but to me, I think both are good in their own ways.

They're a great option if you're craving beignets while in the park. Are they the same as New Orleans beignets? Not quite but they definitely satisfy the craving. Perfect for a quick sweet treat while walking around the park.

When visiting Disneyland, it's a must to always get some Mickey shaped beignets at this place. The texture has a crispy outside, fluffy and moist in the inside. It just melts in your mouth specially it's dusted with powdered sugar.

Nothing like an over priced glass of lemonade to wet your whistle but it's all part of the theme.

One of my absolute FAVORITE treats at Disney! The beignets come out perfectly hot, fluffy and perfectly sweetened with powdered sugar. They taste amazing fresh and I would recommend eating them all after receiving them (don't save them for later as they aren't as good cold)

Oh how I love beignets. I'd try them from anywhere that makes them and would have to compare them to Cafe Du Monde's. The Mint Julep Bar makes them good and they are worth trying for sure. Great snack in between getting on the rides. They are so good when they hot so eat them soon as you get them and don't forget to shake the bag to get all that powder sugar all over them. There could be a line to get them , just like everything else in Disney lol There are phone orders so that might be the way to go . They are shaped like Mickey so that was pretty cool. Go get ya some next time you're in the happiest place on Earth, and wash it down with their minty lemonade .. Again.. be prepared for the wait, there's always a wait here I'm assuming but it's not too bad and it's worth it. There is plenty of outdoor seating but ya gotta hustle to get a table. I'm definitely coming back .

My friends had been dying to try the famous Mickey-shaped beignets at Mint Julep Bar after hearing all the positive feedback, so we decided to check it out. We saw a long line, and you know what they say... long lines = good food, right? Well, I have mixed feelings about the experience. The beignets were decent, but I'm still not sure I get what all the fuss is about. First off, they were soft and pillowy, which I liked. When you bite into a good beignet, you expect a slightly crispy exterior with a light, airy inside, ike biting into a cloud. These were close to that, but they felt a bit hollow on the inside, which made them a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if it was just a bad batch, or maybe I'm just not as big a fan of beignets as I thought I would be, but I wouldn't rush to get them again. If you're planning on getting beignets here, I'd definitely recommend using mobile ordering, because otherwise, you're in for quite the wait. There's always a long line for these beignets. Overall, I'm glad I tried them, but I wouldn't call it a must-visit for me. Maybe I'll give it another go in the future, or try a different spot and see how their beignets compare.

First time ever having a beignet and of course, I choice to get mickey-shaped ones! Ordering here is so easy through the Disneyland app. We just set a time for pick-up and it tells us when to show up. They have a dining area outside of Mint Julep Bar which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your beignet. My hubby and I just got the traditional powdered sugar beignets and they were delicious! They were warm and fluffy and are now a must-have for me in my future Disneyland visits.

The Mint Julep Bar is a must for anyone and everyone at Disney. The mint julep is the most refreshing drink for super hot days. Pro tip, if the line for Pirates is super long on a hot sunny day, grab a mint julep to sip on for your wait in line. Trust me.

    1. The fresh beignet was warm and comforting! The mint julep was refreshing! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! The spot is small! 3. There are only outdoor seatings available! Lots of tables! 4. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready quickly with mobile order! 5. This spot does not have their own restroom! There are restrooms nearby! Note: You will have to ask for straws from the staff! Photo: Mickey-Shaped Beignet and Cranberry-Pomegranate Mint Julep

Is there anyway to get some to go without having to buy a ticket to Disneyland?

No, but if you want some good beignets, Ralph Brennan's jazz kitchen in downtown Disney does have an express section

Do you have to make a reservation?

nope, it's first come first serve. they also do preorders on the disneyland app.

It's a studious environment, but also a nice spot for a coffee date. They sell cute merchandise located in the corner. I visited on a Friday morning around 10:00, and it was busyyy. They had a consistent line. Thankfully there were some spaces open to sit. Service: The cashier was extremely courteous and showed genuine care. She asked me how my day was and if I had any plans for the day. Despite it being busy, throughput was actually quick & efficient. Drinks & pastries: I tried their seasonal Salted Miso Caramel (latte) and Chocolate Croissant. The salted miso caramel sounds intimidating, but it was really good and not too sweet! All the flavors blended perfect together. The chocolate croissant wasn't too sweet either and had a good amount of chocolate. Pricing: The seasonal latte was $8, and the croissant was $5. Prices are more than average, but I'd definitely visit again to try their other drinks! Make sure to get a stamp card!

Don't forget to check out the small section of merch that they have in the front! I went on a Sunday at around 1:30 PM and was lucky to grab a table. After a brief wait, I ordered multiple items and got them all within reasonable time. I don't usually get espresso tonics but decided to grab one on this visit. They added an orange slice in their version; I felt this really enhanced the taste while still being subtle. The Pandan Blue Milk was another interesting drink, since a lot of people seemed to get it. While it tasted good and looked pretty, it really didn't taste like pandan. From the "eats" menu, also ordered the O.K savory toast and the Kaya jam toast for a savory and sweet balance. True to the description, the O.K savory toast tasted familiar to okonomiyaki. I really enjoyed this but did wish it was a bit more crispy. For the Kaya jam toast, I enjoyed this as well and was surprised it was not too sweet. We also got the Cornflake cookie from the front. This was good as well but leans towards the sweeter side. This store seems like a decent working location as I saw other people staying there for a while. WiFi is available and there are outlets present. The seating didn't have back support, so it didn't feel comfortable enough to stay for extended periods of time. There are restrooms but it's shared in the complex. American Express is accepted here.
