Great find! Excellent spring rolls, fresh vegan tofu sandwich and excellent pho mint -the beef broth on that was superior!! Meatballs were a bit tough and chewy (tasted like frozen that were microwave defrosted (still good though). The drinks not pictured were so fresh and light (mint lemonade and peach tea). Excellent lunch we will come back again!

I ordered pho here for takeout a few weeks ago and decided to come back for a quick bite. I ordered the classic bánh mì, but instead of choosing a meat I, opted for the marinated tofu that is offered in the vegan bánh mì. What a great sandwich!

We had two very good meals with very fresh ingredients and shared a delicious dessert! Tranquil atmosphere, professional staff, plenty of street parking located in the heart of historic Pawtuxet Village. Our server was very patient and explained dishes we were unfamiliar with. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic food! We had the pho mint which had a great amount of beef and the herbs were incredibly fresh. Fresh spring rolls were solid with nice portion of mint and shrimp. We also tried one of the special sushi rolls - great spice and very fresh! Ambience is lovely. Highly recommend. We will be back to try the curries and banh mi sandwiches!

I ordered the Pooks Roll without the spicy mayo. With a couple shrimp tempura on the side. The Pooks Roll was very good. Sam makes the rolls the way you request them to be made. The server Louis is very good at his job as well . Unfortunately a lot of times the servers get the bad end of the stick when in actuality it the ownership that does most of the mishaps. This is a nice casual relaxing ambiance some new remodeling under the new ownership. The Cranston water is terrible so the drinking water is from the tap and they don't have lemons. Also if ordering from the sushi special board that has no prices. I got my bill and for the Pooks roll it's 30.00 and the New England roll which is all Lobster is only 21.00. For the price you can go to a lot of other places and get well worth your money. Honestly it's not worth 30 dollars for soft shell crab and 21.00 for lobster. The stars I'm giving is for the service but the hidden up price is very bad now I can fully understand why the ratings here went down.

The food was very disappointing. Overcooked noodles, 3.50 charge for byob, spring rolls were very chewy with meat that was not chopped.

I was skeptical because the menu was huge, but happy to say the sushi were wonderful. We got the Kayla roll, softshell crab roll, beef laab, and papaya salad. The beef laab was pretty good, as well as the papaya. I didn't get to try any raw fish roll because my friend don't eat raw fish, but I will definitely try next time. With that in mind, there's nothing else I could imagine other than a hot bowl of ramen. Located about 1.7 miles or a 7min drive away, I was excited. Upon pulling up to the front of the building, you can drive slightly further down SE and park in the small lot with several spots. I actually don't remember anything about the interior to comment much. I was laser focused on getting food in my tummy. We ordered; Tan Tan Men ; a bowl of ramen with spicy pork miso broth. this absolutely hit the spot. it was deliciously salty and full of umami, and the toppings were just right, and I inhaled it in minutes Fried Calamari ; another excellent dish. the calamari was nice and crispy and the meat was tender. couldn't have been done any better. the mango chili puree sauce was also very good and something I haven't had before Tako Yaki ; I'm not sure if I need to say anything about this. it's about as yummy and expected of a properly-done tako yaki as you would expect Karaage ; this one was actually pretty upsetting with how bad it was. the chicken seemed like it was very overcooked - the skin was hard and crunchy instead of crispy, the meat was not juicy, and honestly the portions of these chicken bites were pitiful. I even sent a snap to a friend and she felt bad for me. the flavor was also immensely salty. it came with spicy mayo (which was actually spicy! that never happens!) and a tonkatsu sauce, but honestly I was desperately in need of something sweet like ketchup or honey. Wife and I ate a total of 3 pieces. Our waiter was very apologetic and asked multiple times if we wanted it re-done or if we wanted something else, but we were already pretty content by the time we could air our complaints. To my satisfaction, he removed the karaage from the bill. Despite the miss, the customer service and the quality of the other foods makes it easy for me to still give the place full stars.

At first, I was intrigued by the mix of Mexican and sushi on the menu, but we stuck with Mexican this time and we were not disappointed. The waitress greeted us right away and, seeing how hungry I was, quickly brought us homemade chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and warm, and the salsa was absolutely delicious , bold, fresh, and full of flavor. My wife ordered a burrito that was massive (in true burrito fashion), and I went with three tacos so I could sample a variety. The fish taco was my favorite, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced then followed by the chicken and then the shrimp. I loved being able to try three different types in one meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and our waitress was super friendly and informative. She told us it's a family-owned business, which made the experience feel even more special. We may not find ourselves in this neighborhood often, but if we're ever back, I'm absolutely getting Chicano's to go. Great food, great service, and an unexpected find that I'm really glad we stumbled upon.

I…read morehave been telling everyone I know about this little-known all-you-can-eat sushi (plus select Chinese food) for as long as I can remember. No embellishment: I have just about given up on finding really good-quality sushi in this state, let alone an all-you-can-eat spot. But I was impressed. Check out my pics, and you can clearly see how fresh the sushi is when they're presented. The food speaks for itself. I did not expect this place to last this long, given the price and the quality of the food, but here we are--which brings me to the point that you really must order only what you can consume if you go for the all-you-can-eat. You'll be charged if you overorder, because it's a shame to waste quality food. The restaurant is family-friendly and BYOB. The à la carte menu also contains some savory items. I have seen some guests opting for à la carte Chinese rather than sushi. Some of my favorite non-sushi items in the AYCE menu are the wonton soup (delicious and garlicky) and steamed siomai. I have shied away from the shrimp tempura, though, as I can taste the oil in the batter, even though I have been assured that the kitchen uses only fresh oil for their fried items. I recently visited another AYCE sushi place in Warwick, but this place remains my favorite. If you have not been, you are missing out.

For $30 per person, you get endless options including soups, appetizers, salads, nigiri, sashimi, rolls, hand rolls and special rolls. I always make the pan-fried pork dumplings, sashimi (tuna and salmon), spicy salmon hand roll and special rainbow roll my go-tos. As tempting as it is to check everything off the sheet, do pace yourself because they charge for leftovers. However, you can do as many rounds as you want as long as your plates are clean before the next one. I love the variety, though quality can be hit or miss on certain days. That said, across the many times I've visited, it's been fairly consistent. If you're looking for a "max your fill" spot rather than traditional, higher-quality sushi, I have a feeling you'll love Cayenne. We've always had great service with a friendly waitress who's welcoming right at the door. She consistently checks in to make sure we're enjoying our time there and I love how warm her personality is. Though the kitchen can be on the slower side at times, it's always worth the wait to see everything we ordered compiled on a massive plate. Overall, I really enjoy coming to Cayenne! They may not be for everyone, but I love the AYCE concept that lets you splurge on sushi without the high ticket prices. Cayenne hits the most when you have that hankering, so definitely come hungry to get your money's worth.
