All sorts of delicious food items imported from all over the world (sausages, candies, pastas, sauces, soups, etc). A huge selection of hard to find specialty items. I also wandered through the store to look at other stuff, and they have a nice selection of things. Baskets, blankets and throws, furniture, paintings, all sorts of stuff people need. But the fact that they didn't have the professional courtesy or ethical practice to even respond is what causes me to give them a poor review. If you or a loved one are in a large, motorized wheelchair it might prove to be a little tricky, but again, not impossible. Real Deals does offer curbside pickup so shopping from home might be more beneficial. Again, follow along on FB where they go live often. 2. Their hours are pretty limited. Which I kind of feel is a pretty accurate description of this store, in general. It's funny/cute gift ideas for someone with a good sense of humor. Are the products of any quality? Ehh, not really. But they are cheap in price too, so I guess it works. I debated buying my father in-law a book about poop/things to do on the toilet while I was in there. Again, something funny and he can complain about later. Lol. Customer service, I can't exactly comment on. Mostly because there was none. The employee told me it was employees only. But the sign on the door said family bathroom not employees only! So I had to go outside and relieve myself! Came back in paid for my items, and walked the cart to the sidewalk where my uncle was waiting. I was going to leave the items with him and bring the cart back in. My uncle spoke to me, I turned around to unload when a female employee approached! I said I was bringing the cart back. She replied in a loud nasty tone l. That's what they all say, and grabbed the cart with one hand I asked can can I get my items she replied yes in the same nasty tone. I was going to return the items and get my money back but my uncle was hungry. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I will be calling there corporate office and shopping any where else from now on.

She mentioned there were gift cards that got us an additional $40 off our entire order, and we could purchase and use them that day. This was on top of the store already having 25% off all items. She asked if it was ok, as it would take a few minutes, and we said of course. She kindly chatted with us as the process proceeded and we set up having an item shipped to us they didn't have. Ever since I had first shopped at a Duluth Trading Company in Colorado on a previous trip, I have…read morebeen wanting to come back to purchase more clothing items (I like to shop in person to try things on, get a feel of the material, etc instead of shopping online). So I was glad to find that there is a Duluth Trading Company in this part of Oregon (there is also a location in Portland). Duluth Trading Company is dog friendly (another reason why I really like this brand). So my husband, our little girl dog and I stopped in a for a visit on a week day night last week. We were greeted immediately when we came in by 2 friendly employees who were putting up Christmas decorations by the front entrance. These 2 employees just loved our little girl and seemed so joyful and delighted when she came in (a normal response that I know others have also experience when they have met our little girl). Then after that, we began browsing the store. My favorite part of the store was the clearance section in the back, by the men's section. I always seem to find things that I like in this section, which is great at the discounted price. And even better than there is no sales tax in Oregon, so I am saving even more (at least that is what I tell myself). Overall, we had a great shopping experience and am sure if I lived in this area, I would shop here more often with our little girl.
