They were very kind, the prices are very reasonable and they did a great job! I was surrounded by people who go to this salon regularly which shows to me how great their service was. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I had to wait a while before I was served. They do take reservations, though! I received a manicure with sellac polish and it totaled to $30 I will be going back again!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I specifically asked for a…read moreregular polish pedicure, but instead they gave me a $55 pedicure service that I never requested and then still charged me full price for it. When I tried to explain that I only asked for the regular service, the employee started arguing with me back and forth instead of listening or trying to fix the mistake. The customer service was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I should have been charged for what I actually asked for, not something they decided to do without my permission. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly they handled the situation.

My daughter and I have been loyal customers here because we valued the cleanliness and kindness of…read morethe staff. Unfortunately, after our experience yesterday, we feel completely undervalued. I booked an appointment a week in advance for two pedicures and a manicure for my daughter's upcoming prom. While the pedicures were fine, the nail service was unacceptable. The technician spoke down to my daughter, telling her to "discuss pricing with her mom" as if we weren't prepared, and then flatly refused to do acrylics without any explanation. What made this worse was watching four walk-in customers receive acrylic services while we were there, all individuals who received just nail service (no pedicure) but were there far longer than my daughter and I, felt VERY RUSHED and UNDERVALUED. To top it off, the technician ground her nails down much shorter than she requested and rushed her through the process. Before payment was even rendered, he requested a tip. We paid and tipped to remain respectful in front of other clients, but my daughter left in tears feeling rushed and dismissed. I attempted to speak with the technician privately and called the salon today to resolve this, but I have received no apology or accountability. It is deeply upsetting to see a local business treat long-term clients this way during such a special occasion. We will not be returning.

During what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment, the therapist made an unsolicited and completely inappropriate claim that my father's cancer had returned and that he had six months to live. This was not only medically unfounded, but also deeply traumatic and unprofessional. Spa services are meant to provide peace and healing--not fear and emotional distress. Diagnosing or making predictions about someone's health, especially in such a serious and personal way, is entirely out of bounds and unethical for any spa professional. I left shaken and upset, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a safe and respectful environment.
