Do not trade with these people at all. Took extreme advantage of my wife when she bought the land…read morerover, basically rear end assualted her, then the windshield leaks, they all do that, AC went out, windows wont roll down, doesn't even have 15k miles on it. They gave us a loaner vehicle, we had it so long they forgot who had it so they just tracked via gps they put on there and appeared to wife's workplace acting like she stole it, I mean wtf. POS of a place, such a great brand just being destroyed from with in. Think budlight, look how they destroyed their brand, landrover be like let's ride with budlight and burn it down. Do yourself a favor, avoid this brand and place at all costs or it will cost you plenty extra wasted time and money. Their manger posts fake reviews on google too, they know they are F*c£ing it up. Update. Un FN believable. Didn't make it 15 mins away after they "fixed everything" Windshield still pours water on me. They didn't even change the old moldy headliner from the original leak. Back in a loaner car. I can't make this stuff up.

About 4 mos ago, I took my 2018 Range Rover in b/c the liftgate was opening, but stopping halfway open. They told me it was a simple "strut" problem and they'd order the parts and call me. They never called. This past week, we called them and asked and were told "uuuhhh, yeah, bring it in, we got the parts." That annoyance aside, more, bigger issues were to come. No updates were provided once i dropped my car off and i had to text after a couple days. When I did, I was told the liftgate issue was bigger than anticipated but it would be done the next day. Two days later, no car. I contacted them and was told a long, winding story about how it was worse than they thought, so they had to take it all apart and do trial and error to see what may or may not be broken. If youre thinking it sounds like they dont know what theyre doing, you may be right. From there, I was told they think the gate's wiring control box needs to be replaced and they'd have to farm out the work to a subcontractor since the roof of the car would need to come down (!), as well as a bunch of new parts. The total? Only $2k. MOST NOTABLY, they further broke the gate such that now, it no longer works at all! But the real issue here is this: I was never called and asked to authorize the trial and error, lets-take-a-part-the-liftgate spree they engaged in. In fact, when I told them i was coming to get it, they still had the entire thing taken apart so now Im waiting more. That said, they sure got me the new quote/electronic invoice to pay really, really quickly. My car? Still not ready. Customer service here is nonexistent and they amount to little more than highway robbers.

I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. The finance manager encouraged me to buy the…read morewarranty package since I was financing a used vehicle. One of the warranties was a service agreement that I thought covered regular maintenance. I discovered that it did not. My mistake. I should've asked more questions. I took the Jeep in for service, however, and asked about the "death wobble" that occurred frequently, causing me to pull over on the interstate and come to a stop before it subsided. The service manager said they would order a part. I waited a couple of weeks to receive a phone call that the part was sent to the dealership as promised. I was told that it was back ordered and would be sent to the dealership in a month. I waited a month and still no call. I initiated another call regarding the part. I was then told that it was never ordered. I gave up after several calls. No one ever called me. After learning that the warranty was a waste of money, I reached out to the financial manager to cancel the warranty I had purchased; I was told that they would send a form to my email. No form. I called at least 3 more times to no avail. I have since sold the vehicle. I have called several more times to cancel the warranty on the vehicle and always got the voicemail. It's now been a month that the vehicle has been sold and paid off and I still cannot get in touch with the financial manager after several calls. This dealership is great at selling you a car, but after purchase, customer service is practically nonexistent. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, and I will warn anyone I know of the non-existent customer service after purchase.
