We had a positive experience with Mini Movers. They were professional in every way - including treating our furniture with care. I highly recommend them. read more

Mini Movers just did a great job moving contents of a condo from DE to PA. Steve returned my call within 24 hours and was very flexible with setting up my move which I needed ASAP!!! They even worked until almost 11 pm to get it done. Can't thank them enough. Great price that included the truck. Everything was packed, moved and handled professionally and safely. I highly recommend Mini Movers for any moving needs! read more

I love these guys!!! Super nice people! They got everything done quickly and efficiently for a great price! 10/10 would recommend! I didn't expect it but they even put my bed frame together and put the bed and mattress topper on! They placed everything exactly where I wanted it! This was my first time hiring a mover so I was anxious and thought it would be awkward but they definitely made me feel comfortable! Very kind people read more

I would use this company again and again. Steve and his crew are always professional, easy going, efficient, flexible, strong, careful and cost efficient. Dont use any other movers in Philly!!! read more

As a realtor I deal with movers on a constant basis. Steve was so easy to work with. He responded to my calls and texts ASAP, and the price was so reasonable. 3 polite, clean and professional movers showed up on time. Ours was a complicated move. The truck was packed from top to bottom, each item strategically loaded with care. They had to deliver a truck full of furniture to 4 different homes, as it was an estate move. They flawlessly delivered the items to the correct locations. They are the best by far!! All of my family and I will recommend them to everyone! read more

Steve and his team were wonderful! They kept me posted and took good care of our items. We had a difficult move as we were moving my late dad's items from an assisted living facility to our home and we also had to dispose of heavy furniture and belongings. They were amazing as this took place during the shut down and we could not be there in person. Incredible price and service. Highly recommend! read more

This is to say thank you to Mini Movers, who made our move yesterday a very pleasant experience. The team not only made the entire process easy and uncomplicated, but they are friendly, professional, careful and kind. Couldn't have asked for more. They accommodated all requests by the building manager, wore masks and were mindful of everyone's safety. Thank you! read more

Loved the flat rate pricing! These guys work fast, so be prepared for a quick job done right. Steve was great to record my furniture inventory and give me a price without having to wait like the other companies. I also liked that he confirmed my move the night before. The team arrived exactly when they said they would be - and finished within 3 hours. I had a difficult move, yet they didn't complain about the challenge. Great work! Note to Company- get on Facebook! Would love to share my move by tagging you in post. Great for referrals too read more

Just had a great experience with Mini Movers. Can't recommend them enough. Steve was professional, honest and gave me a very reasonable flat fee to move my furniture from PA to NY. Steve took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with three references before I hired him. All three references were glowing and I can see why. I asked him if there were any additional charges and he said no, the fee I was quoted was all I'd have to pay and he was true to his word. Steve and Curtis showed up when they said they would and were careful and fast. After multiple bad experiences with movers I would happily use Mini Movers again and recommend them whole heartedly. read more

Just had as smooth a move as possible from Philadelphia with Mini Movers. The morning of the move, I had some confusion with movers and had hired too many movers by accident. They stayed professional, cordial and were completely understanding as I tried to figure out the pickle I had placed myself in. Based on price, I chose mini-movers and I am very glad I did. Even after the morning craziness, they were timely, polite, and they were actually pretty funny as well. The owner Steve was probably one of the nicest guys and the two guys with him were very friendly. I am surprised that they even have one negative review. Price wise, they were the best for my small 1 bedroom apartment move. All of the other companies had minimum amount of hours to charge you for, or just a minimum price and with these guys, you pay for what they move. I highly recommend them, and have already recommended them to my family. read more

These guys are miracle workers! Arrived on time, worked hard and worked quickly. They saved me so much stress for a move with some small doorways and tricky stairs. They were straight up with me when it seemed possible that my couch may not make it in, which was much appreciated, and in the end, they worked their hardest and got it in. Amazing deal for the price, would absolutely hire again. read more

Amazing experience with Steve and his crew. We hired them to move our furniture from a second floor condo and we would hire them again in an instant. 4 movers showed up, an hour early and even in 100 degree heat wave of July 2013, they never stopped. Within four hours, they loaded and unloaded at our new home. Each crew member was more respectful than the next. If they saw a mark, ding or scratch on our furniture, they showed me before they moved it. Steve answered all of my questions and the quote I was given was what we paid, no hidden charges or fees. I would highly recommend Mini Movers and this was the best moving experience we have ever had. read more

These guys were professional, careful, friendly, and SO FAST! They took all the stress out of moving! I had a living room and one bedroom (about 10 pieces of furniture and 10 boxes) to move and the price was very reasonable. They sent a team of 4 people which made the job FLY by. I had several extremely fragile pieces including a glass cabinet and they were careful with everything and kept my belongings in perfect condition. My new apartment was a challenge to get into, but they were definitely up to the task. Highly highly recommend calling Mini Movers for your next small move! read more

The guys were timely, worked very hard the entire time, treated my things with care, and were enjoyable to work with. I'm definitely hiring them again. read more

I would use this company again and again! Steve and Curt moved our few items (for a VERY reasonable price) the same day I called. Can't ask for better service than that! They were very pleasant. read more

Have used Steve and his crew twice and were very happy both times. They work quickly, are careful with your belongings/surroundings, are pleasant, professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. We had to make a number of changes with our most recent job and they were very flexible. Once the job is confirmed most communication is via text. I think that's good for clarity. We will use again without hesitation. read more

Mini Movers just moved furniture for us and they were AMAZING, Chris, Troy and Dave were prompt, courteous and professional. They worked quickly and moved furniture to my daughter's house removed furniture from her house to my sister's house in South Philly and then returned to original start and took furniture to another daughter's house. They called at each stop and we were amazed how quickly they moved. If you need exceptional movers for small or big jobs i would highly recommend this company. Steve the owner was a great guy to work with and we highly recommend his team. Paula, Springfield, PA read more

I am not usually very good about posting reviews, however I felt the need to post one for Mini Movers. They delivered my mattress from Big Lots, and I liked them so much, I called on them again when I needed to move some of my belongings to a new address. Steve was respectful and flexible with his scheduling. They called me 15 minutes prior to showing up and showed up within the timeframe we agreed on. They charged me a very reasonable fee for moving my belongings...I had made a few calls to get quotes, and they were the best quote I received. Both guys were enjoyable to work with. In the future, if i have anything that needs to be delivered, I will only use Mini Movers. read more

Excellent customer service and did a great job moving our whole house. Highly recommend.

Excellent. My entire move, including travel time, was less than two hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and handled everything with care. I will definitely hire them again! read more

I did not actually get into the moving process. I called to get a quote and since I planned on transferring my vehicle we were discussing how the vehicle had to be moved by a carrier. I misunderstood and asked a question to clarify because I thought he said trailer. The man then replied, "Wow, you need an education." Extremely rude. Glad I did not even get past the phone call after I see the ratings below. read more

Mini Movers was a great company from start to finish!!!They were professional, extremely fair priced and great to work with. They came exactly when they said they would and went above and beyond our normal customer service expectations. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!!! Please Do Not Use. I was referred to this company by Raymore and Flanagan. I never purchased the Raymore set but I hired them to move a bedroom set I purchased from a private owner to my home. The owner, Steve, was rude and unfriendly during the correspondence phase (calls and e-mails) and come moving day - 2 workers were sent . They were rude to the owner of the home, quit the job in the middle of the move stating the furniture was too big and left the items they moved from the home ON THE CURB and drove off. The movers called me to say the furniture was "extreme" and would not fit into my house! How would he know...?? He never even saw my home! I told him I took measurements and was sure the furniture would def fit...he said he would call his boss and just hung up. Steve, the boss called me and said "Yeah, you're gonna have to get somebody else to move this. My guys don't want to go back"....He never apologized, never offered to send more movers or anything...Terrible customer service, horrible attitudes, and zero professionalism. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and Never use Mini-Movers!! read more

We used this company twice when we lived in PA. Once for a furniture store move and the other to move us from Wayne PA to NJ. We are a military family and have moved many times in the last 30 years, without a doubt, Steve and his crew were the BEST movers we have ever had. They were punctual, polite, extremely efficient and very fast moving but careful with our boxes and furniture. Also, their price was very reasonable for what we needed them to do. I would recommend them without hesitation. I give them an A++++++++++++++++ read more

HIGHLY recommend this company. I hired them to move from an apt on 3rd and South St in Phila to 15th and Chestnut. The parking situation alone makes this kind of move something to dread! The furniture was large and cumbersome, the staircase narrow and twisting. The movers were cheerful and accomplished the task very efficiently. I made the arrangements with Steve, the company owner, 5 days prior to the move. He was very professional, gave me a reasonable price, and things could not have gone more smoothly! 5 stars!! read more

I would recommend these people to anyone. Very professional but friendly and funny. The guys worked their butts off and made a very stressful day a lot less stressful. Cheap, flat rate, friendly staff, on time. On the whole, awesome. But there was a chip out of the dresser, bed slats broken, and marks on the wall after the move. read more

I recently hired Mini Movers to move my furniture from my previous residence to my new home. I was quoted an hourly price for 3 movers, which seemed reasonable. That is, until the movers actually arrived and began loading my furniture into their truck. First let me start of by saying, if you are paying for 3 movers, you should have 3 movers actually working. What I got was 1 mover, Troy, 1 guy packing things inside of the truck, Dave, and 1 mammoth of a man sitting in the truck just about the entire time, talking on his phone loudly, using very unprofessional language out front of my home for all of my neighbors to hear! Thank God I was moving or I would have been truly mortified! Troy was wonderful and took excellent care of my items and was very professional and polite. Dave, although quite, did a good job packing my items into the truck safely but did not do much to assist Troy with getting my furniture to the truck (at one point my husband actually offered to help him carry a heavy piece). Darin, and I only know his name from hearing the other 2 movers urging him to finish his phone call and help them, did not even bother to introduce himself to me or my husband, as the other 2 men did. He remained in the truck for the majority of the load up at my house and when we arrived at my new home, he still wasn't off his phone. Although now, I guess, he decided that he needed to stretch his legs a bit, so he got out of the truck and assisted Troy with unloading a few pieces of furniture, the entire time still talking on the phone into his earpiece. He did far more complaining than actual lifting and at one point I actually saw him doing push-ups off of the back of the truck!! Mind you I am paying this company by the hour for HIS services. In the end my furniture was moved without damage, thanks mainly to Troy and partly to Dave, but I can't believe I was forced to pay an hourly rate for a mover who was so lazy, and disrespectful. I will never use this company in the future unless some serious changes in staffing occur. I hope Mr. Reynolds knows what a valuable employee he has in Troy and what a waste of a paycheck he has in Darin. read more

I used these guys to move last May 2012. They were very professional and courteous. The four movers had me out of my 2br apt in Drexel Hill and into my duplex in Aldan under 2 hours. They worked like a well oiled machine and the pricing is very very fair. I will use them again when I move this spring. My mom uses them for all of her moving needs too. read more
