Not only was I greeted by Susan's smiling face and great attitude, but she was able to help me figure what size I actually needed. As I start to load up all of my belongings, I was quite pleased at the cleanliness and security of the entire place. I chose the Climate controlled rooms as I was inserting alot of valuables inside. The price was very suiting as well as they were running a special on some of the larger rooms so that made it an easy choice for me. I frequented the facility at least 25 times in the few months I had to use the room but every single time I came around....the entire area was spotless and I felt very secure. Even when I was done and had emptied out the room, it was all hassle free and easy! I only ever interacted with Susan, but she was amazing! Don't look for the big names, go with a trusted source to keep your belongings safe worry free.

We've been customers here for about 5 years, and it has changed ownership since. And ever since the…read morechange it has gone downhill. For one, the price has gone up close to $20 over the last four years, and yet the maintenance on the place has all but disappeared. The place looks like a dump. There are weeds everywhere, growing under the fences surrounding the place. Weeds are growing near the garage doors of the storage buildings. A tree fell on the fence 4 months ago- it has not been repaired. The parking spot lines and numbers have disappeared and our call to get them painted back over three months ago has gone unanswered. Tree branches have fallen on the roofs and pavement- never picked up. The dumpster is always full with more garbage and trash on the outside of it than in it. They claim this to be a gated and securely locked facility, but the gate is wide open literally all the time. The people who answer the calls have always been nice, but nothing ever gets taken care of in the end. I could understand a price increase if the place was well kept, but you're pretty much paying $85 a month for a spot in a facility that goes uncared for. I'd be embarrassed to show this place if it was my business.

It's embarrassing what the current owners of Mini Mall Storage allow on their storage property. They have no problem raising the monthly fees on a regular basis but it is clear they are not putting any money or effort back into the upkeep of their property. Take a look at the pictures: over flowing dumpster, old furniture sitting out for months on end, parking spaces filled with stuff that should be in a storage unit, over grown weeds, and torn privacy fence. I really hope management reads and takes this review seriously and makes some positive changes.
