When he delivered our container from Lowell to North Webster (120 miles away) we didn't have any help to unload. Ken rolled up his sleeves and helped us empty the container with a happy attitude. It seemed that everyone was moving in July and we couldn't find movers or mobile storage units. I take that back there was on mobile storage place that could deliver 6 units, yes you heard me right, 6. We would have been lucky to get a sofa and 1 chair in one of them. I called NWI Mobile Storage and spoke to Ken. Nothing available. I told him our dilemma, he was very understanding, kind and courteous. Ken told me that he would try to help in any way he could, and he did. After taking a look at his schedules, within 3 days he came to the rescue. Delivery and pick up on time, and a very clean unit. Not only was I greeted by Susan's smiling face and great attitude, but she was able to help me figure what size I actually needed. As I start to load up all of my belongings, I was quite pleased at the cleanliness and security of the entire place. I chose the Climate controlled rooms as I was inserting alot of valuables inside. The price was very suiting as well as they were running a special on some of the larger rooms so that made it an easy choice for me. I frequented the facility at least 25 times in the few months I had to use the room but every single time I came around....the entire area was spotless and I felt very secure. Even when I was done and had emptied out the room, it was all hassle free and easy! I only ever interacted with Susan, but she was amazing!
