I measured the inseam to find the right leg 1/2" longer on both pairs. I returned believing this would be an easy fix. Instead I was met with hostility, being told the inseam measurement means nothing, that it was how I was looking at the jeans, and both pairs are perfect. He told me he was the tailor and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm only 5'2" so a 1/2" inch makes a noticeable difference. I was so surprised by his rudeness and hostility that trying to work towards resolution was fruitless. FWIW the inseam of the other pants in my closest are the same on the left and right legs. I gave two stars because they did a good job using the original hem and the jeans were ready a day early.

But it's not rudeness if you are familiar with different ethnic communication styles. I'm half Southern Italian and we communicate the same way. I've also seen this directness in older German women. Tina is actually full of good information and very welcoming if you just put aside assumptions instead of being offended easily. I would recommend her store for the products she offers. I bought some olive oil soap but she has jewelry, decorations, food, etc. There were also some very nice men's shirts and baby christening outfits.

I had a bridesmaid dress with a hole in the back from being dragged on the floor and there were some dirty spots as well on the dress. I panicked and went to this place and in a couple of hours, the lady texted me saying the dress was ready! She ended up sewing over the spots and she did such a fantastic job covering the hole and cleaning the dirt! She charged me a very fair amount and I was extremely grateful for the work she did on my dress. I highly recommend this place for any tailoring! This woman is the expert!

The only thing I would warn brides is that she made my dress very fast so dont freak out if a few weeks before the wedding you go for a fitting and think it will never be done in time.
