The lady at the front desk said they cleaned it with other peoples dry cleaning. the tag specifies it needs to be dry cleaned alone. Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. Then offered me 70$ to go buy a new one, mind you $250 comforter... Always have my stuff wrinkled or not any different from when i drop them off. The most recent is today when I picked up 4 ties and they are all wrinkled and not cleaned.
