I get a lot of "special attention" markers on the shirts, especially the older ones. The only mistake that they have made is that once their factory damaged a shirt by ripping it in the front, so I lost that shirt, but overall destroying one shirt in 4 years is not bad and I have used cleaners that damaged shirts at a far higher rate.

"Special treatment", on all and I had to put a tie on today for work that has a big spot from cleaner in the middle of it still very noticeable, and has wrinkles in it. This is all after 4 days mind you. Called and was given an option to come in instead of a money return. Called back because after saying ok I decided no I'm going somewhere else and three times have had my phone call ignored more than likely due to them knowing it's my number. The lady at the front desk said they cleaned it with other peoples dry cleaning. the tag specifies it needs to be dry cleaned alone. Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. Then offered me 70$ to go buy a new one, mind you $250 comforter...
