So this means that a $4.50 cleaning charge will now be $6.00 EVEN though Master Card is only charging 12 cents (3% MAX) for the use of the card. This is such an unfortunate policy that borders on unethical overcharging. I am willing to pay the 3% Mastercard fee, but I am not going to be robbed by such an outrageous and unethical overcharge. Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. Then offered me 70$ to go buy a new one, mind you $250 comforter... Every time I spoke with the manager she was rude and acted like it wasn't her problem. a long story short if I could give them a negative star... I would.

My whole closet, all the clothing I hung them next to... I unwrapped them and "aired" them out, but the smell was just terrible.
