Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. I get a lot of "special attention" markers on the shirts, especially the older ones. The only mistake that they have made is that once their factory damaged a shirt by ripping it in the front, so I lost that shirt, but overall destroying one shirt in 4 years is not bad and I have used cleaners that damaged shirts at a far higher rate.

Always have my stuff wrinkled or not any different from when i drop them off. The most recent is today when I picked up 4 ties and they are all wrinkled and not cleaned. The service is excellent. and everyone I've had contact with has been polite, cheerful and friendly. My laundry is returned in excellent condition and folded like it just came from the store!
