These dishes all came with a handful of bean sprouts, herbs, fish sauce and pork sausages. The rolls were pretty chewy but tasted so fresh. They had to be made per order or else they wouldn't taste as good.. and let me tell you.. they know what they're doing! The portion was huge and it was so satisfying.
