Without taking you through a step by step of the service I can say we were thoughtfully looked after and along with the highly interesting menu combined to have a most enjoyable night. Our visit was mid week and the restaurant was the busiest I have seen it. So it appears that people are voting with their feet. The Pani Puri is served from a simulated Bombay street cart and is fun and gets the meal and initiates the interaction with staff and guests. Dessert is different every day so is not listed on the menu. A big wrap to Rosie and especially Goutham for looking after us so well. Goutham is most knowledgeable and talented. We waved at our waiter to let him know we were ready for dessert (had ordered a banquet menu that came with dessert - wouldn't have ordered dessert otherwise). He didn't collect our plates. We ended up having the desserts with the dirty mains dishes in front of us. The ice cream was disgusting - one tiny scoop with a menu price of $4.50 and tasted like Bulla / Peters / Home Brand ice cream. The tables next to us and in front of us also waited a while for their food. I noticed some disgruntled people at the front of the restaurant waiting a while for their takeaway orders.
