    Pork belly benedict

Their brunch was pretty good. Not very vegan friendly for my friend but he was able to order off their normal menu when he asked. I got the pork belly benedict and swapped the potatoes for fries which I enjoyed. I think the meat could have been a bit more tender. My friend also got the vietnamese coffee which was pretty good but not as strong as I normally get it.

I used to love this place! The food is amazing! Until today, received my Uber order, bags closed, everything sealed to find a bug in my food. Talk about disappointing specially when I was starving! Called the restaurant and was told "there wasn't a bug in it when we sealed it up, maybe it was the uber driver"

I had lunch here on a weekday. It wasn't too busy. They have waiter service. They have inside and outside seating. They did tell me outside seating is dog friendly. I also saw a bar area. Happy hour is from 2 to 7 and all day Monday. I started out with the summer noodle bun and the cucumber Hugo. The Cucumber Hugo was refreshing and pretty strong. The bun had good flavor. For my main meal I got one of their lunch specials. Their lunch specials are not advertised so ask about them. I got the cilantro lime soy noodles with tofu. The lunch specials come with a protein and a drink. When you order your noodles from the menu, you have to add your protein for an extra charge, so this is a good deal. If you get a lunch special, you can get a spring roll for a dollar as well. The noodles were good, but they were kind of dry. A little more sauce would have gone a long way. Everyone was super friendly and our waitress explained everything since it was our first time there. Parking is on site but shared with the other businesses.

The food is really good.. the buns and the rice bowls definitely tasty. Their frozen margaritas is also another pretty solid item. Where they lack is the service side. Unfortunately the service tainted the experience overall for me. It was my first time there and I just didn't know a lot of things. For example, asked about fried rice and said they can do it, but it's not on the menu even though they too tried to looking for it. Someone more knowledgeable about the menu, and possibly a little more confidence would've made my experience better because it was frustrating; especially with so many menus lying around on the table that are all different lol. Most menu items have shellfish in it somewhere which sucked as it limits people with shellfish allergies. The food took longer than it should've when it wasn't busy. The manager apologized and at least he acknowledged the longer wait for the food. I will try this place again and hopefully it's a better service experience. But you got try the food! Coconut curry rice bowl so far is my favorite and so far it seems no matter with bun, you'll enjoy.

We discovered Mings through offline and decided to give it a try. We were there during happy hour so we sat at the bar. The entire restaurant had a cool vibe but the bar is a work of art in itself. We ate off of the happy hour menu so we had a variety of steamed buns and an order of dumplings. The steamed buns are so delicious, they are little works of art with wonderful compliments to the meat they are filled with. The light fluffy buns are perfect and the service is great. The custom made craft drinks from the bar are also beautiful and delicious. This place is delicious and delightful.

Really good service, waiter explained menu and was super friendly. The decor in this place is nice and the environment is very clean though looked a little dim under neon lights. Food also looked great, nice presentation absolutely couldn't wait to dig in! However I was a bit disappointed, just couldn't put my finger on it but everything just tastes bland? How could these buns and noodles look so good but lack flavor? Actually found myself not wanting to eat the Sichuan cold noodles after a few forks. The pork belly also lacked flavor and fattiness you'd expect?

We arrived before the lunch rush, sat in the back bar area, with a great view. Nice open area. Really nice decor and love open kitchens. Service was good, and Diala was very informative and personable. We saw Ming herself on the line with her staff! Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. Then we started with Bao Buns. Two of each. They were devoured in ten minutes. Great flavors and textures. On to the entrees. Belly Benedict was perfect! Ming's breakfast was on point. Portions are large and prices were very overly comfortable and you can order some items à la carte. Great plate presentation and again, excellent flavors. Can't wait for our next visit!

Came for a weekday dinner date and it was so good! Fast and friendly service, everything was fresh and delicious! We got their crispy dumplings, 4 buns and a chicken bowl to share, and it was perfect! My only complaint was I didn't realize the price of a fountain drink. It seemed really overpriced being $4 when most of the buns were $5. I should have just gotten water and another bun instead! But maybe that's normal these days, I rarely dine in and never get a drink to go. But still highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

We came during happy hour, the drinks were good but I think they need to expand their HH menu. The popper bao was amazingggggggg hands down! Seaweed salad always a hit. I wasn't too impressed with the mushroom potstickers, the filling was very mushy, I wasn't a fan of the texture. The bulgogi rice bowl was mid. I think I'll stick to the Bao buns and their margaritas.

Great Bartender, ambience and prices on everything. The bar area is small but cozy and they have an outdoor patio tho. Happy Hour drinks are pretty decent not bad at all. If you get hungry all of the sudden or had to much to drink then the bartender can help you by providing you a menu it looks good but can't tell you anything about the food cause we didn't try anything but happy hour drinks. Lol I believe this will be my little hidden gem for now.

Finally decided to give this place a try. Definitely was avoiding because it sounded like an upscale Panda Express. Thought it'd be more authentic but another asian fusion place. It does have happy hour drinks + food. Decided to try old fashioned and margarita. They did accommodate for less sugar but I didn't taste any lychee flavor in the ming's margarita as advertised. The big rock in the old fashioned was neat. food: not great... came in a bowl. Side salad, protein and rice. The other stuff on the menu such as noodles etc, they want you to add a protein. Then the price becomes $$$$. I don't think it's worth the price. Tasted ok... nothing special Waitress was attentive and quick. Checked on us a few times. I'd try this place if you haven't but I'd go to other asian restaurants before coming back here.

The food is awesome. The location is great. Service is awesome as well. Only problem there is the music is way too loud and the kind of music.. Needs improvement on the music choice. Other that that it would be a great place to go...

I ordered the crispy dumplings (pork) and spring rolls as appetizers, and the spicy noodle soup as my entree. My server came to take my order, and brought me the items as they were ready. The entree came out before the appetizers. The spicy noodle soup was spicy (as named) and it was good, but it was incredibly oily and the noodles were overcooked, so I didn't eat much of it. I would definitely recommend ordering this with rice, or taking it home and making your own. The dumplings and spring rolls were crispy, but nothing special. I did like the duck sauce they had -- I would have asked my server for more of it, but she was busy in the back or something, not sure. I wish she would've checked in on me a bit more during the visit so I could have gotten more napkins and sauce. The service was alright. I wish I would've gotten checked on a little bit more, but she was nice and helped me pack my noodles to go. Overall, this spot wasn't terrible, but if I had to choose, I'd probably try another place.

The lunch specials came with soup and egg roll, and fried rice. DH ordered his litmus test dish for American style Chinese- General Tso chicken. The portion was generous. The sauce was tasty. The chicken pieces tasted like your average frozen nuggets tossed in sauce. It's that familiar "seasoning" to the chicken and coating- iykyk. Not bad at all, just not the best. He enjoyed his egg drop soup. I opted for Hunan Beef. The sauce was thicker than I prefer, with an almost gelatinous consistency. The hot and sour soup was nice, a little more sour than hot. We both thought the fried rice that came with lunch was a little bland. Maybe the entree version is better? Each special was under $10, and it's definitely a great value.

Walked in and waited for a few minutes before someone handed us menus and told us to sit wherever. Just handed us menus...in a kind of "just go sit down kinda way". Not real friendly. Shrimp Shumai and pork bao buns were so good. My kids asked for seconds We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken, spicy eggplant/tofu, shrimp& broccoli and the combination fried rice. My daughter and I cannot recommend this restaurant. It was better 15 years ago…read more It is too westernize now; meaning the food is more cater/made for western taste. When you walk in up to the restaurant, the view of ponds with large koi fish was very welcoming, however as soon as you open the door/walk in...it's a chaos of sports on tv and western music that will burst your burst your tranquility from the front of the restaurant. The restaurant was busy since it was lunch. We were seated right away. However it took the waitress a few before knowledge our small table. The waitress was in a hurry and look like she already had a bad day. She asked quickly what we would like the drink and we said water and hot tea but ask what type of tea they have? She mumble something I could not understand. So my daughter ask for green tea. We started off with appetizer as usual. Shrimp toast, chicken wrap, Asian bbq ribs then a cup of hot & sour soup. Main dish were Moo Shu Pork and Mongolian beef. Soup came out first...it was lukewarm. Cup was hot but soup was lukewarm. It was vinegary and salty. This is the first time I had seen/tasted imitation crab meat in a hot and sour soup. I'd flag the waitress down to let her know the soup was cold and if she can bring me another or warm it up for me. She gave me an annoying look and took the soup back to the kitchen. The Asian bbq ribs come out then the shrimp toast a few minutes later. The shrimp toast looks appealing. The shrimp were whole shrimp on top of bread, fried bread. It was ok...no real taste and a bit greasy. There were too much honey and chewy/tough for the Asian ribs. My soup comes back hot to touch... which means it was microwave...but not an issues; what was is ...it was still lukewarm soup. I try to finish it but couldn't. Soup needs to be hot; especially hot & sour soup. The chicken lettuce wrap was delivered. It was again salty; no real taste, except for the salt. A lot of mushrooms over powering the this dish. Keep in mind we had a small table and dishes are pilling up. It took a few before anyone came to pickup the plates. Half way through our appetizer, the waitress dropped off Togo boxes with a bag right after the chicken wrap was dropped off.... Staying it's for later. So we went ahead and packup the appetizers into the Togo boxes to make room. The main dishes came out about 10 minutes later. My daughter was very surprised by her Mongolian beef. It looks more like pepper steak then Mongolian beef. Most Mongolian beef are cook with green onions, yellow onion, garlic, sesame seeds and large slices of beef...some with a little sauce other dry so this is a the first for us to see a Mongolian beef looks like that. It was again too salty. There was more bell pepper than beef. The beef was slice small. The moo shu pork come out already wrap?? Which confuse me. Most of the time the thin rice pancake is on the side and moo shu pork is a little sweet and savory that comes with plum sauce so you can spread as little or lot of plum sauce into the rice pancake then top it off with moo shu pork. Since it was all roll up...it was very messy trying to pull it open to put the plum sauce. The dish lack favors...it had a char like taste. Usually moo shu pork is very flavorful and fill with flavorful juice from the ingredients like cabbages, bamboo, onion, mushrooms and eggs. There was no favor except a char taste. I have eaten here before a long time ago and it's definitely not the same taste/food and experience. We pack the food home so we can get a second opinion from other family members and the results were the same. I would never recommend for anyone looking for Asian cuisine. But if you like America/Asian cuisine/atmosphere then this is a place for you.
