Came here for a wash and haircut because it was close by and had good reviews. The woman who washed my hair was incredibly sweet and did such a good job! She was super friendly and welcoming. The bad experience is mostly from the haircut. I don't recall the specific name of the man but he had dyed hair and glasses. The man who cut my hair ended up cutting it unevenly and one side of my hair was longer than the other. I also felt like he barely spent anytime cutting my hair - the cut took only 5 minutes and I thought it was hilarious that he was blow drying and curling my hair for a good 30 mins. I wish he had spent more time actually cutting my hair instead and making sure it was even. He also kept pressuring me to dye my hair telling me my natural hair color is dull and lifeless. Honestly it was an uncomfortable experience and I think he was quite rude. My partner was with me during the experience and they kept bugging him to get a haircut as well. He politely declined but on our way out we heard the staff gossiping about it. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend or come back. read more

The color did not come out to be the way I requested. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I showed them pictures and was assured that they can achieve the look. I ask for ashy grey with a dark brown base and I got a yellow blonde with a light brown base. The lady's reasoning is: that my hair took the toner better than anticipated. I was utterly disappointed and I had to go to another salon for a color correction. Furthermore, my haircut was cut way shorter than requested and when I got home, I realized it was uneven. One side is longer than the other. Maybe this salon is good at doing updos, and styling for events. But I absolutely do not recommend coloring or a haircut. Will not go back. read more

Finding a new hair salon is not as easy as it seems to be. After going to one salon for a number of years, I had to choose a new one because I recently moved. I was a little nervous getting into the chair because I've tried new salons before with disastrous results. I was surprised that not only was I taken quickly on a Saturday afternoon, but how professional the experience was. When I walked out, I was pleased with the haircut. The only thing I would have done differently is that I had to ask the stylist to put oil in my hair. Normally, it is done without me needing to ask. AMAZING!! I got a horrible coloring job at evolution 2, and came here to get it fixed, they took me without hesitation on new years day and made my hair absolutely stunning. Thank you so much to Evon for reviving my damaged dry hair!! She was able to cut my damaged ends off, touched up my roots and gave me an amazing ash blonde balayage. I also did an oil treatment which made my hair feels so healthy even with all the coloring done. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. These people were super nice! They went all out on my hair to make sure it was the best for me. And they were able to color my very dark hair without bleach like most other stores. I went to get my hair done out of random. I walked in and the owner was very confident in doing exactly what I showed her pictures of. It took her two hours but she did my hair so good within 2 hours I had pin straight hair with nicely done highlights. Would go again. read more

I'm genuinely sorry to be leaving a bad review, but I literally got the *UGLIEST* haircut here. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and did not get that at all. Not even close. There was no point in telling them that it looked terrible because it was so bad that it was something they would not be able to fix. My hair is short, way shorter than I wanted it to be and the layers are extremely messy. I showed my friends and family and they all agreed that it looked very bad. All I can do is hope for my hair to grow back ASAP because I cannot be seen with hair looking like this, sorry. read more
