At 8 am, I got a call from the person scheduled to do the estimate, saying he was sick and would not be able to make it, but still wanted to talk to me about my needs. I explained to him exactly what I had put in the email to your co. on Feb. 6th. He then stated that he would most likely not be the person I wanted to do business with and stated a price of around $8,500 for a system. This conversation could have been had a week ago and would not have required me to waste my time. He also stated that this is why he wanted to call me as he did NOT WANT TO WASTE HIS TIME DRIVING TO ME. But I guess it is ok to waste my time ?? AQUARIUS HOME SERVICES SUCKS. I discovered that it is worthless, and that this company does not honor its agreements. One of the plastic containers( that has a filter inside) sprung a tiny leak. I got in touch by email on 27 Dec 2024 plus numerous voicemail messages politely requesting that Hanish Water send me the part concerned as per their lifetime warranty. I have not received anything to date. Instead I am being ghosted. This company is not to be recommended as it does not stand by its commitments. Do not do business with them. So, whenever we have had to do maintenance on the system, we have called them for service. Their technicians are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Recently, we felt the iron filter was not working well enough. We scheduled an appointment for Hanson to send someone over. Dustin came to check out our iron filter and determined that at 15+ years we had some hard choices to make. He walked us through our options, patiently answered my questions, and did not try and sell anything specific. We talked about replacing the water softener at the same time. He ran tests and confirmed it was in working order. We scheduled time for them to replace the iron filter. Again, Dustin and his assistant arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. He took the time to explain the whole setup to me and ensured I was comfortable with the work done. They are easy to work with and a great service-oriented company.
