They weren't sure if or where the back up was and didn't have a snake that could go into the main with them at the time. I called them back due to the pipes backing up. They were quick to schedule an appointment to come help fix the issue. 30 minutes later i got a call from them saying they can't come and fix it. They dont have the tools and the truck that the tools were on was just in a car accident and the employees in the truck had to get over 100 stiches, had a broken hand and was in surgery. They couldn't get me a date on when theyd have the tools or could help me and told me to contact roto rooter. Roto Rooter helped without an issue, the back up was not in a main and it was very easy for them to tell just by asking if anything other then my washer and kitchen sink backed up. It took Roto Rooter less then an hour and the cost was half of that I had to pay Tureks.

He put in a new delta faucet bottom of the line quality that dripped from the time of install. He charged us the time it took to install and remove the defective faucet? Our fault his product was not good? He ended up having to install ( we paid for ourselves) a new kitchen faucet one that we got from Moen as a warranty replacement. We were fine and willing to forgive his bad performance until he sent us a bill for $475 (that was not itemized) for labor and parts. Mike is a nice guy, but he is a crooked conman. Do yourself a favor and get an honest plumber that doesn't falsely create problems and charges you for his mistakes. We won't be calling him again.

Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

Justin called back withing a half hour on a Saturday to discuss and schedule a Monday morning visit. Upon inspection, he determined that we needed a new water heater. Over the weekend I researched tankless vs tanked heaters and was undecided. He provided me information that enabled me to make a good choice going forward. He and his assistant, Ryan, were respectful, efficient and clean. They installed a new unit and removed the old one, for a fair price. I would recommend them for all your plumbing/bathroom remodeling needs.

However, if you want a professional, that knows what they are doing, to get it right and not tell you "I don't know anything about these." Well... consider that before calling. Or just request a professional also with your inquiry. This will save you time, money and frustration. They probably have a professional there. We just didn't get that person. This would be fine if we were informed immediately that the company would be sending someone with no knowledge of our requests. That way, we would have went somewhere else straight away.
