The company will not be named. That company said that the main pipe along with the city sewer drain pipe needed to be replaced cost of at least 1447 dollars. On top of the 98 dollars that it cost me just for him to come out and tell me that. Lee asked me to send him some pictures of the pipe. He then suggested that someone come out to see if the drain was clogged before anything. Lee had recommened Sadler sewer and drain cleaning come out first to make sure we were not clogged. Cause he said that if its not rotted (the pipe) then it might just be clogged. Matthew came out the same day (Saturday) and was able to unclogged or drain pipe saving my wife and I the 1447 that we would have wasted to change out a pipe that was still fine. Thanks again. Very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Thanks again guys!

After 6 months of promises to fix, I called Gen3. They sent 2 plumbers to my home and immediately got to work. The carefully cut through tile, removed and saved what they could, and ultimately got the tub installed. After talking to 3 other local contractors who didn't want the job, They drove an hour to my house and fixed the issue in hours. They were: 1.) Professional 2.) Knew exactly what to do 3.) Cleaned up a VERY messy project before leaving 4.) Very focused on getting it done...no wasted time at all. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any project....especially when your local plumbers are terrible.

Later that day it leaked again. I sent the person that sold us the system some videos. Then had someone come out from the Sheboygan branch which he was great and fixed it. Then made note of what happened in the basement and would have someone reach out to me. I had someone reach out to me gather the information told me they would put our invoice on hold and get back to me. Well I never heard back and the payment was taken out of our account. This all happened within a month of being installed. Very disappointed and it's been a couple weeks and the carpet still isn't dry downstairs. So now we are going to have to rip it up and replace it.

I now have less than a month to get another company to take care of the problem. and the new company is cheaper, explained all procedure, and were willing to come right out. Clean water couldn't give me an appointment because the receptionist wasn't sure of 'holiday hours'. out of ALL the people I talked to only 1 was kind and compassionate.
