I get home Friday for my scheduled appointment time and get a call 30 minutes into the window that they won't be able to make it, "something came up". Best they could due was try and schedule again for 5 days from then. Completely unacceptable from a company, you cancel last minute you make it right. I cancelled all appointment with Verns and won't ever do business with them again.

We are here 24/7 and know every contractor that comes and goes in and out of our house. I checked our salt tank and all that is in it is 8" of water. Not a spec of salt found. Called Nathan. He said it was delivered August 8, 2024 which generated the bill. For years the water softener tank was filled to the brim continuously with salt. In the past the driver would come in the back door and deliver like clock work every month. We heard him come in, deliver, and leave. Since locking the back doors a few years ago we never see him. Told him to use the door with the ramp. That was met with resistance. Last year we've heard the driver knock 2 times. Both times we went to answer the door and heard the truck drive off and had to call Nathan to get him to turn around and come back. In 2024 we had to call and ask for salt because the tank was empty. If the driver is coming and we are not here, which is rare, there isn't a notice that he stopped by. There is never a delivery notice to alert us that the driver is delivering on a given day or at a minimum a given week. One of our rentals receives a delivery also, and we are never asked for a key or entry into that rental. The delivery doesn't taken place there either. In summary, we get bills and no salt delivery. Nathan's response is that the driver wouldn't risk his job over 3 bags of salt. Then where is the salt? Where is the driver? Because the driver isn't coming into our home and delivering anything. The photo is our water softener on the day the Culligan bill came in for a delivery that they say happened on 8/8/2024. From 2019 - 2022 this tank was filled to the top all the time. Communication with Culligan is inferior and the customer service is poor.

The price they ask for delivered salt is such an affront, I buy my own salt from Fleet Farm because it's a fraction of Culligan's price. Atrocious levels of service: When they installed the softener I am now renting, their installation "professional" stole my old water softener. He took it out of my basement and off my property! That's called theft. Metzner's once mailed monthly statements to me, gratis, but now they ask for you to pay for the privilege of receiving a mailed statement!!! I hate Metzner's Culligan of Green Bay. Don't let them rob you, too!

I needed to have a filter repacked and the employee told me the boss lady won't let it be repacked as it is costly and I'm just renting so boss lady won't want to spend the money ! If you call for service you have to wait until the repair man is in your area so could be 2 weeks sometimes . There system broke down leaving a horrific smell in my basement and through the house and when I called for service was told it may be over a week before they could get a repair man out . I wish I could fill boss lady home with that horrible smell and see if she would put up with it! I was tired shoddy system and it's problems and the service company so I had the system removed and company left a leaking pipe but when I called and complained they couldn't come out until the next day and then would charge me parts and labor to fix as repair man said it wasn't leaking when he left so the leak was my fault! No professional service from this two rivers company. Be aware-stay away
