The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! Nine times the price of the part to perform an hour's work, at best. Ridiculous. At least they left promptly after I declined their services. P.S. I hired Huven Plumbing to do this job for $180 - A full two-thirds less than what Hockers quoted.
