The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! I recommend these businesses have a live customer service person answering their phones. it was a wasted time, and lots of miscommunication with their AI system.

I hired Huven Plumbing to do this job for $180 - A full two-thirds less than what Hockers quoted.
