I hired JP Heating and Air Cond to Replace a 10yr old and Leaking Water Heater in Waupaca and…read more Jared gave me a good price for that and did a Great Job, AND he found that after the first run with the New Unit the Piping was Hooked Up Backwards!! The Intake and Supply were Reversed with the Main Intake at the Top and Supply at the Bottom! .He Told me then Repaired and Reversed that and Also that had probly Caused the Minerals and deposits in the Hot Water to be Pushed out when the Water was Connected Correctly it continued to Push All the loose Buildup in the hot Piping to the Faucets which Clogged the lines and Valves of the Hot Water somewhat which he Cleared and got to Flow Again Correctly!! Great Job! Also had to Replace the Kitchen faucet and RePipe the Clothes Washer to get Hot Water as that was goofy and not Plumbed Right. Very Thankful for that and tho it did take more time and effort it didnt cost that much more to fix those unexpected issues. Very Grateful for that!

In the past year, our 1946 home has needed a new furnace, range, & utility sink faucet. Rasmussen did the furnace for us the day after we called, which was in October. As we all know, fall temps can be unpredictable here, so we appreciated their urgency in scheduling us. The workers are friendly & the communication with their clerical staff is top-notch. They respond almost immediately, even via email, & never make you feel like a burden. When we ordered our new range, they were very accommodating in working with our delivery company's schedule to make sure our gas line to the old range was safely capped off before the new electric range was delivered. As a millennial homeowner who, honestly, is not skilled in the ways of traditional homeowners, it can be humiliating to talk to certain contractors around town who seem unenthusiastic about helping you-- even as a paying customer. Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

He quickly undertone problem and fixed it in under an hour. They also recommended a water damage remediation company that was there in under an hour to repair that damage.
