I've unfortunately paid upwards of $30 for haircuts that didn't come out half as good and precise as the cut I got at Perfect Style. I keep mentioning price, so you're probably wondering how much the haircut was already. $10. I kid you not. Ten. One Zero. I was in disbelief when I learned that a "perfect style" haircut was only $10. At first, I was kind of nervous going into the situation. After all, the phrase "Ten Dollar Haircut" isn't exactly an endearing one. However, despite paying $10 for the haircut, I left with a "Fifty Dollar Haircut". I don't know how they do it. I almost felt guilty leaving the place, having only paid $10 for such an outstanding experience (although I did give Jake a good tip to help make up for it). I have been going to him for some time now. I usually pop in when he's not busy or has one person in there and is just finishing up. If he is busy with a few people, I will ask him to call me on my cell phone when it is quieter and he does, for me. Then I walk back down to Dante's because I only live a few blocks away. He's a really nice guy. After some conversation about work and barbecued pork chops he's usually done and I feel brand new again. He doesn't dilly dally and he'll even trim my eyebrows.
