You can see them making the sushi in the middle of the conveyor belt. SERVICE: The hostess and server were one in the same during our visit and she was super attentive. She was helping out around the restaurant doing all kinds of tasks so we appreciate the consistent attentiveness despite how busy she was. FOOD: We tried a number of rolls. I'm a salmon fan so I went for all their salmon options which were all fresh and sushi was cold which is a huge thing for us since some places have their fish out so long it gets warm. They had peppered seared tuna which we don't often see that tasted pretty good! There are some fried options as well including takoyaki which was not bad either and I got it fresh so it was still hot. They also have a menu from which you can order which has a number of options. He really didn't care for it. He thought the sauce with the rice made it too sweet. But Japanese food is often sweet. We also got 2 orders of cucumber salad between us which we all liked. We all 3 want to come back and try the ramen. It was a hot summer day so we didn't feel like ramen.
