My elderly mother walked into the store out of curiosity and the salesman wooed her into purchasing a $10,000 "medical device"promising a non invasive fountain of youth. Medical device scams are a type of fraud that typically offers free Service, equipment, or supplies with the purchase of a medical device often to seniors with no Dr. present. After noticing the outrageous charge on my mother's account I confronted the salesman asking for a refund he explained I was 1 week outside of the 2 week refund policy. I emailed the supposed owner who reiterated the policy and signed the email with "generic customer sales representative" as if to distance himself from his own unethical business practices. Btw my mom is really down about it. Not that you people give a

generic reply from no one in particular

If I could give this "PREY ON SENIOR CITIZENS" place in Barton Creek Mall a ZERO star rating I would. These young male sales reps will prey on your elderly moms, be forewarned and tell your mother to run the other way!!! My mom walked by their place a couple of weeks before Christmas and some rep talked her into trying some creams or whatever nonsense, she was too embarrassed to elaborate much when she asked me to look into it. When he told her it would only be around $1200 to purchase said products she was like "no way" as I know my mom, she would never pay that much for some beauty products and would think it was an absurd amount. Romeo, the sales rep, told her he understood and would just be giving her some complimentary creams and instead he gave her those AND added some dildo looking beauty device and proceeded to charge $866 to her card anyway, with a no refund policy on the receipt. That device sells for less than a hundred dollars on Amazon as a final kick in the gut.

Don't go here!!! The $69 face lift and jaw treatment is a scam. They'll charge you to do it yourself and then suggest $3,500 treatments to take home and then when you say no, drop down to $80 for the final price. Super pushy and super sales-y.

Name and address of the spa... they even gave me wrong facial creams different ones different manufacturer that was on the receipt

Extremely high sales pitch for expensive devices. Facials were good until I wouldn't buy the $12,000 device.

Amanda went above and beyond to make me comfortable and even made me a cream to put on my dry spots on my face. I'll be back soon for another facial. Sandy advised that she could enhance my jawline by adding more filler in my chin. Apparently, what I requested is known as the "Texas Jawline."" Texas Jaw Treatments typically use Hyaluronic Acid Fillers to reshape and strengthen your jawline. Fillers are injectable substances that are absorbed by the skin to instantly add volume and create a lifting effect. Some products also trigger the production of collagen, which is the main constituent of skin, bones, and ligaments. To achieve my desired look, Sandy recommended using Restylane lyft and Restylane define. When injected into the hands, Restylane Lyft reduces the appearance of sagging skin, making the tendons and bones of the hand less visible. The injection of hyaluronic acid also triggers the production of collagen, which naturally provides more structure to the skin for longer. Similar to other products listed in the previous review of services rendered here, results of this filer have been shown to last up to 1 year with Restylane Lyft in the cheeks; up to 6 months in facial wrinkles and folds, like nasolabial folds; and up to 6 months in the hands. Sandy is extremely meticulous when it comes to providing fillers and explaining what benefits may arise from using various fillers. While this, by far, is the most unpleasant feeling during the injection of all the fillers I have used in the past, the end result of the filler is probably the most noticeable (in a good way). Cost for three syringes this go around with discount $1,800. Total for treatment last week and this week for injectables/fillers $3,000

However, the other area - my neck - looks like it was not treated at all. Im caucasian with dark hair so I know it's supposed to be more effective on people that look like me but I am pretty disappointed with the results. The pictures show about 6 weeks of growth after my last treatment. Overall the place is clean and the staff is efficient and nice. I really appreciated getting in and out quickly but unfortunately I can't recommend laser hair removal here.

As I am aging, I see what a difference it makes to my skin, especially when it comes to my face! Of course we all want to turn back the clock and do better when it comes to great skin. But I grew up at a time when we used baby oil to go out and sunbathe. Ugh! Wish I never did that! Now, I turn to the team here to help me repair and undo damage from my youth. This team is incredible ... both knowledgeable and caring. I am so happy my friend JJ Virgin recommended them to me. I am following their advice and protocols and it is making a huge improvement! I feel like I keep getting better and that is the best I can ask for.

It's not worth it. I should have known when I looked at their website and only saw a few before and after pics and they were the same pics shown for other treatments. Next time, I might try going to Viva Day Spa instead (it's half the price). The overpriced food allergy test results come with a useless email from the doctor that basically says "don't eat the foods in the red column". That's your $600 analysis? To Aloe: Have people do Evolve consultations who really know the procedure so they can explain it and the expectations well (and accurately). Double check the food allergy email from the doctor for typos before sending it. The content of the email isn't very useful aside from the attached report but if it also has typos then it just sends a "we don't care" message too.
