I originally bought my Eneo red/ blue light therapy device at their new location outside of Chicago. I know sales pressure for services like these are always high. I did feel uncomfortable with that experience; but I'm so glad I purchased it. I've enjoyed using both the device and their skin care products. I've also received incredible facials from the staff at Barton Creek mall in Austin while here on vacation. At 63, I can't remember my skin ever feeling this smooth and silky. These are scam artists!! They took advantage of my 90-year-old mother by applying for a $5,000 loan on HER phone! They literally took her phone out of her purse and applied for the loan for a product she did not want. When the first payment was automatically withdrawn from her bank, she was able to dispute it, and they closed her debit card. We wrote a very strong letter to Minarelle and their loan company, Cherry Technologies. We gave them 10 days to close the account. The mall management was NO HELP! They claimed that they never had a complaint before. But, maybe they should've looked at yelp! We will be filing a complaint with the Austin police department, the Texas Attorney General consumer fraud department, TDLR who licenses cosmetologists, and wherever else I need to go to for fraud complaints and suspicion of human trafficking. I cannot emphasize enough for people to stay away and keep their loved ones away from this place. I hope they will be shut down soon. read more

My elderly mother walked into the store out of curiosity and the salesman wooed her into purchasing a $10,000 "medical device"promising a non invasive fountain of youth. Medical device scams are a type of fraud that typically offers free Service, equipment, or supplies with the purchase of a medical device often to seniors with no Dr. present. After noticing the outrageous charge on my mother's account I confronted the salesman asking for a refund he explained I was 1 week outside of the 2 week refund policy. I emailed the supposed owner who reiterated the policy and signed the email with "generic customer sales representative" as if to distance himself from his own unethical business practices. If I could give this "PREY ON SENIOR CITIZENS" place in Barton Creek Mall a ZERO star rating I would. These young male sales reps will prey on your elderly moms, be forewarned and tell your mother to run the other way!!! My mom walked by their place a couple of weeks before Christmas and some rep talked her into trying some creams or whatever nonsense, she was too embarrassed to elaborate much when she asked me to look into it. When he told her it would only be around $1200 to purchase said products she was like "no way" as I know my mom, she would never pay that much for some beauty products and would think it was an absurd amount. Romeo, the sales rep, told her he understood and would just be giving her some complimentary creams and instead he gave her those AND added some dildo looking beauty device and proceeded to charge $866 to her card anyway, with a no refund policy on the receipt. I purchased over $4,000 worth of LED devices for my face they did not give me the device that was actually used on me when I got home and open the box it was a different one it was a lower power. They also gave me different types of creams for my face compared to what it said that was on the receipt. My husband even took a picture of them using the device on my face so we know which color and which one it was and was not given the correct one twice. They do a switch and bait. They return text messages every once in a while and keep saying everything will be okay, but this has been going on for a month now, and I'm trying to get my money back from my bank This skincare business told me that they advised me to take $500 from them. If you don't take the 10k price then they keep dropping it. They make it very difficult to get out of there as the man I had-Joe- will tower over you with his mirror and creams until you give in. Even though their website says there's a 30 day return policy. There is actually zero return policy once you walk out the door. Don't fall for this! I was in Austin for the holidays, and spent some time at the mall before meeting up with family. I made the mistake of making eye contact with one of the sales reps as I was walking by, and let myself get whisked into the store. The sales person at first complimented how I looked for my age (30, male), and talked about my black heads and blushy complexion. He insisted he had creams that could help with both, and rubbed some on my hand gushing about how it's clearing away dead skin. He then had me rub some on my face before flashing a mirror and telling me how much better I was looking. At no point did he bring up allergies or skin sensitivity as another reviewer mentioned, and quickly insisted that I purchase the cream while asking for cash or card, at no point giving a price. When asked, I was told it would be $200 and that the small containers would "be a year supply". I said no multiple times, stating that I wasn't looking to spend that sort of money in that moment. He turned up the pressure, saying how great the product is, how he could "find discounts" if I paid with card. I said no a final time and got up, and he suddenly said he could sell it to me for $100. As I walked out, the customer service shut off and he insulted my complexion by saying I "clearly didn't care about my skin." I realized at that point that I had no idea what product I had put on my face, and went to the mall bathroom to wash it off. DON'T STOP HERE. Barton Creek Mall needs to end their lease. read more

Scam! If you're looking for a relaxing and soothing facial, do yourself and your wallet a favor and look somewhere else. The absolute worst experience. Instead of having a relaxing facial, it was a sales pitch --- the entire time! After I repeatedly told them I was not interested in purchasing anything, they still insisted and even played a product sales video! I lost count of how many times I said no. They even tried making uncomfortable small talk asking if I was married or not, and why. After not taking "no" for an answer, they insisted on wanting to know "why" I wasn't buying their product. They slabbered on whatever cream/serum in a very sloppy way. Didn't even ask if I was alergic to anything. They didn't even mind that they got some in my hair.
