The caramel cake was missing all together (which it seems they often do) 2. I Ordered a 3 piece breast, wing, drum stick and they charged me for a 3 piece but only sent a 2 piece breast and wing.. 3. I ordered reg and they sent spicy. 4. Ordered mashed pot and gravy they were out and replaced it with what looked like only 6-7 or so French fried. 5. the mac and cz was unpleasantly more like a firm custard than m&c as we usually know it. Eventually they said they would refund the items but didn't however the next day I contacted Grub Hub and they did. In fairness the chicken was and coleslaw were good and m&c tasted fair, once past the texture. However the missing items and the customer service lady accusing me of lying abt receiving the item and not issuing a timely refund was vastly overshadowed by the efforts of a young man (Tom) who tried to help. In addition to the missing cake and to some of their advertising appearing to pass them off as a Black restaurant when they do not seem to be; Both as mentioned in other posts. I had just left the gym and I was looking for something to eat, a quick Google search found this Shark's Chicken. I went in, ordered my food, and waited. The place was really clean and everything was pretty much new because they just open. I got my food home, about 18 minutes later, and I was blown away. This chicken and fries were still hot, had the perfect amount of lemon pepper seasoning on them, and was still crispy and good. (Make sure you open the bag while you drive home so that you don't steam your food). I typically go to the Sharks on Cumberland, but I don't think I'm going there anymore unless they step up to the level of this Shark's. This might be our new "go to" Shark's. I like to wait a few days before I write a review just to make sure everything is all good but today I could not wait. I'm still eating and I'm writing this review right now. He was very professional and 100% customer service and answered my questions. I ordered 40/Wings/Catfish Nuggets. My overall experience: The wings were fried to perfection, the sauce was amazing and the catfish was crispy and delicious as well. (Along with each order comes with fries and a drink). I can appreciate a restaurant that not only cares about how they serve their food but cares about their customers... Will continue to partonize this restaurant as well as promoting to friends and family.
