I called them that afternoon and they let me come in to get those nails redone, and they were very nice about it. Then the next day, all the original nails started chipping/coming off so I just had to peel all of those off. Though, the nails that got redone, the nail tech did a better job and it seems like those will stay better. So I think the problem was the original nail tech I had didn't do a good job :/ The salon is very nice and the ladies who work there are also very nice. But unfortunately there's inconsistency with their quality of work depending on what tech you get.

they absolutely nailed it. pun very intended…read more an issue i normally face when i do my nails is that, i only get 4 of them dipped on my right hand. this often leads to confusion, and miscommunication with how i need them done, and almost never turns out how i want them. of course, they completely evaded this issue by asking questions, and proceeding from there. they were also incredibly welcoming; not even small talk, it was just talking. which is nice. furthermore, it was cheaper than any other place i've been to so far; $12 for 4 nails. which is, as far as i'm aware, a pretty solid price for such an excellent job. i'm also very disappointed in myself for not thinking to tip, and i will absolutely be tipping every time i go in, as i will now be frequenting this place. i figured the best i could do for now is leave a review sharing my thoughts on how they did. TL;DR it's cheap, they're very welcoming, and they do a great job. i highly recommend.

I just don't…read morefeel like they did that great of a job? 1) they don't push back cuticles, or anything like that, so even if they did a great job, you'd need fillers sooner than at places that do. 2) they told me my nails were dry, and I was good to go, and they were so wet that I have a fingerprint on one nail, smudges and clumps of polish on others... 3) I wanted black nails with some kind of rainbow accent nail for pride, and I thought it'd be fine because the tech (who again, was super sweet and amazing) had this really cool blended zigzag rainbow thing on HER nails... but mine? I mean, it's better than I could have done, but I don't really think it even looks like I got them done professionally. I just feel deeply underwhelmed. Maybe I'm the problem, because it's not like I came in with a picture of what I wanted or anything. I almost never get my nails done professionally, it's a rare, rare occasion, and while I wish the employees all the best, I can't say I would go back here for nails. I might try a clear coat pedicure, but nothing beyond that. FYI - they don't accept walk ins. Even if they don't have any customers. You MUST make an appointment.
