The drop off/pickup area in front of the station is actually large enough and far less crazy than at the airport. There are only 9 (maybe 10?) bus bays, so you can't get lost. They do have a secured parking lot, if needed. There are also several lots nearby that are less pricey. I only walked through the inside of the station briefly to check where I needed to be for the Coach bus. That seemed fairly clean and there were bathrooms. It was overall a pleasant experience traveling out/in of this station and I will be doing it again in a week :)

On the return trip I called, and told dispatch I needed a cab that takes credit cards. I got in, and we traveled a block or so when I asked if he indeed took cards. Nope!
