We have used Exec Park for the 5 (so far) trips to CA to visit our son. Regardless of time of day (and typically 4 AM out, 1:30 AM arrival) staff have been friendly, courteous, and professional. In the dead of winter, the car has been started and is warm-a pleasant experience when we have to drive about an hour to get home. We will be using them again for our 6th trip and have no reason not to expect anything but the best. read more

Well the personal service is good. Drop off your car at the door and they meet you there with your car when you come back. When we pulled in my car was in position to leave. A+. Here is the thing, not thinking to much about it, I took a picture of my car stub like I do at their competitors. No one said " you need this physical stub on return". When we came back the bus driver says "you all need your physical stub to get the car". News to me so I say "I only have a picture of it". So I have to go inside to confirm who I am. All good, I get it. Yep they have to be safe with the cars. Here's the thing, this lady is now brow beating me, the paying customer, that I don't have the stub and is pointing to where it says I needed the stub on the stub. Literally over the top scolding. Sorry lady I didn't read ur dumb stub, I admit it. My fault but won't be back for the way you treated me. read more

Don't go here. I came back from a five day trip. Got home with my car and the passenger side front door had 11 deep scratches on it also some dings in the passenger side back door.I called exec parking and they said I should have checked it over when I picked it up. They would have denied it . The car was parked in the same spot I parked it in when I dropped it off for my trip. The deep scratches are in a straight line. I don't know how it could have happened. I know they parked their shuttle next to it. I took it to my dealer for an estimate and to fix it is $2500.00. I have a two car, very clean garage and am the only car in it. I will not have it fixed. It is a 2015 Outback that I've been very fussy with. Can't spend that kind of money on it. Also they wouldn't take a charge card when they wanted me to pay some when I gave them my keys There are parking places that are cheaper. Go to them. Just because they call themselves Exec parking and charge you more, don't be fooled. read more

If I could give them a zero rating I would. They are a rip off when using a Groupon. They make you present the Groupon upon check in but no one will tell you this when you make the reservation and mention the Groupon. They expect you to read the Groupon and know this, they will not honor it if you don't present it at check out. Buyer beware. Also upon arriving, I had to go find someone to help us with where we were suppose to go and what we were suppose to do. The worker was hanging out inside the office in his phone. Very unprofessional. They should be there to help you. Never will I park here again and hope others don't make the same mistake I did. For the price I park here, I could have parked somewhere else for less. read more

I tell all of my friends to park here - you can't beat it. A few things: You don't park your car - they do. That means that only they have access to the lot so the number of people that are near your car and the number of people that could ding your doors is minimized. The spots at the airport self-park are ridiculously narrow. Plus, you don't have to drive around to find a spot. You pull up, and they take care of you. When parking your car, you walk a grand total of about 30 steps from your vehicle to the office to the shuttle which has always been waiting for me when I've arrived. Not so when parking at the airport or other lots where they don't valet your car. The shuttle drops you off right at the ticketing area - you don't have to walk through a parking lot or down a long hallway at the airport. If you have TSA Precheck or there are no lines at security you can literally be at your gate 10 minutes after turning your car off at Exec Park. I just returned from a trip where it was literally -3F in MKE. When I returned from the airport on the shuttle, my car was running and warmed up. That's really nice. The shuttle drivers that I've encountered have all been very polite and professional. I have had to wait after coming out of baggage claim but never for more than five minutes. read more

I hate to admit it, but the first time I parked at Exec Park was over 25 years ago. There are many reasons I don't park elsewhere, including ... peace of mind knowing my car is in a secure lot without public access, incredibly friendly staff, during winter travel my car is warmed up and windows are cleared by the time I arrive, I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle, and the price can't be beat. read more

We have been using Exec Park for years when we fly out of Milwaukee . This will probably be the last. Arrived from California about 4:40 PM on a Sunday. Waited until we had collected our luggage from the baggage claim before we called for our pick up. Waited 35min outside the terminal in the cold before we called again. They said "Oh, we thought we sent some one" We could have walked there with our luggage in less time. We saw every other shuttle service come and go at least 3 times. The man that showed up to pick us up , looked like a street person. Real professional...not. then he proceeds to load our brand new luggage in the back wheels down so it rolled back and forth banging against the walls of the shuttle everytime he took a turn. Unbelievable! Plus it is almost $10 a day when the place a block down is only $7.10 a day. Get it together Exec Park. We'll be parking our car somewhere else next time. read more

I have used Exec Park for years and have never had a bad experience. I like knowing my car will be safe without lots of other customers going in and out of the their lot. Their lot is only accessible by their employees. We are loaded into a warm van, dropped off and picked up at the door and are welcomed into our car that is waiting for us at the lot, warmed up and ready to go. I won't go anywhere else! read more
