For the most part, this shuttle service - Go Riteway is very efficient & reliable, but once in a while things slip between the cracks, such as my experience on Sunday afternoon March 15, 2015. The wait for my ride was unbearable.......after flying for 13 hours to get to Milwaukee, it took me additional 2 hours to get to my hotel, making my travel time a total of 15 hours to get Watertown, WI. from Honolulu, Hi.. Blah! :( When I had landed at the General Mitchell International Airport, I walked up to the counter to let the representative know of my reservations. After the clerk acknowledged me, she told me to wait on the side until someone calls my name to jump on the van. After waiting for over an hour at the airport, my name is finally called, then it took another hour to get to my destination. Apparently, on the afternoon of Sunday March 15th, a whole bunch of kids came back from somewhere (spring break?), and were headed to Marquette University. And it became apparent there was not enough drivers......for the amount of people who needed a shuttle ride. May I suggest in the near future to plan a head, so your customers do not have to wait a ridiculous amount of time! My company paid close to $90 for my ride, and there was an $11.00 tip........totally not worth it for the service I got! read more

The worse rideshare company I've ever encountered. It is a very sketchy process. I had reservation for like a week in advanced. I arrived the company desk was empty at the airport. I tried calling the number and there was no one. When went by their designated waiting area there was a lady waiting there as well. I group of airport employees were picked up by the same company bus before me and that lady. I asked the driver if he knew about my reservations and he gave me one of their numbers. I called that number the guy put me on hold and hung up. I called again and he said I didn't have a reservation which was a lie. Anyways I got tired and just called an uber. I wasted my money and time. This company doesn't value their customers. They can't keep track of who they're supposed to pick up and worse off lie about it. At the last minute, I found out our ride was unable to pick us up late one night from the airport. What to do??? Well, I contacted GO RITEWAY. The rep was in training, but was extremely helpful. Gave clear and concise instructions. Even though it was near midnight, the clerk at the airport was cheerful. She arranged the shuttle even before our luggage was off the conveyor belt. The driver was so nice and managed to Tetris all our luggage into the back. The interior was comfortably warm, and music low and soothing. Her driving was so smooth, it nearly lulled us to sleep. This was my first time using this service and it was great! I got picked up at my home at exactly the time that was scheduled (4:30 am). On my flight home i had a change in my flight, so i called and, no problem, they fixed it with no problems whatsoever! My only surprise was that my driver told me they NEED tips because they don't even make minimum wage. I have no problem tipping but I dont like that the drivers have to rely on tipping. read more

Go Riteway picked up guests in Chicago Downtown and at O'Hare Int'l Airport and brought them to the Milwaukee area hotels. They also bused guests to the Groom's Rehearsal Reception, the Wedding and the Wedding Reception. Individual guests were driven to and from Mitchell Int'l Airport. In all instances the drivers were professional, cordial and accommodating. Our guests were delighted that their transportation needs were met by Go Riteway and they could relax and enjoy the hospitality. As the parents of the bride we very pleased. There was plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. They kept you updated throughout the time of pickup and location of the drivers if you wanted. After a last minute change in travel plans, I needed to find transportation from Mitchell International Airport to my home at like 1 A.M. The lady I talked to on the phone reassured me that my request for a Wheelchair Accessible vehicle would be easily met and that I shouldn't worry and to enjoy the last day of my vacation. A small interaction like this may not seem like much, but as a person with a disability, similar requests are often denied or at best, met with an, "I'll see what I can do", attitude. We arrived in airport from an entire day of flying. We have had a reservation for a week prior to arrival in Milwaukee. We tried to order car service to drive to whistling straights golf course when we landed. It has been over 45 minutes with no driver available. It takes 1 hour by car to where we are going. Its not fun to have your car service absent when you are getting off the plane. Thus extending the length of our trip. I would not make a reservation with this company again. Go Wrongway is more like it... first they didnt pick me up at the airport or answer the phone. finally i get an explanation that another passenger was supposed to share the ride with me but his plane was 2 hours late so they just didnt show up until his plane got in! no call, no nothing. just leave me sit there at the empty booth outside of baggage claim. so after an hour i hitched a ride with another driver who kindly went out of his way to drop me off. so of course i cancelled my pickup back to the airport and they still havent refunded me 3 calls and 3 weeks later. now i have to dispute the charge just to get my money back for the cancellation. utter incompetence. never, never again. if you see Go Riteway run the other direction! read more

Definitely do not use Go Riteway, especially if you're getting in late. They obviously lie when they say they're watching flight times and will have someone there to pick you up. I'm glad I booked with Go Riteway. My shuttle was ready within 10 minutes after checking in at the desk when I arrived in Milwaukee. I paid for a shared shuttle but received a private ride. I was also picked up on time to head back to the airport. I paid around $20 less than what it would have cost me to take an Uber to and from the airport and didn't really wait. Horrible! Take Accutrans or Uber. Was a client for 8 years and after taking about 50 or so rides with them a year they wouldn't offer to help me book a ride because it was 23 hours in advance not 24. Also had several bad experiences with them, I had actually paid for meet and greet service after an international flight one time and the driver told me that I should really use the call when ready service so that he did not have to come in to get me, ha! I used the shuttle to get from my friend's house in north Milwaukee to the airport ($25). They will pick you up from any address in the area. The shuttle picked me up and got me to the airport at the promised times, and the driver was professional and helpful. One minor quibble - the website doesn't say how far in advance you need to book. I called and was told you could book up to the last minute, but at least 24 hours was preferred and that I could book online at any time. I tried booking online about 27 hours in advance, but the website wouldn't let me and I had to call. Booking over the phone was easy but I did have to wait on hold for a while. I wish they were more clear about how far in advance you can book on the website. read more

They offered to send another van in 30 minutes. They had my email and my cell, did they have made any attempt to contact me...no. I've been using their airport pick-up/drop-off service for years, and their shared rides always had a decent price, something like 50 - 60 dollars round trip. Imagine my surprise this time around when I called and found out that they no longer offer that service. They only offer private service now, and charge 90 - 110 dollars EACH WAY. On top of that, they include an 18% 'gratuity' that cannot be cancelled. Thanks GoRiteWay for getting greedy. You used to be a great service for the average Joe who needs a no-hassle way to get to the airport, now you're just a bunch of money-grubbers. read more

I kind of wish I could give a half star because I would probably give 3.5 stars. First, $45 one way (Waukesha to the airport) may seem a little expensive, but when you price parking at the airport and it comes out over $200, $45 x 2 doesn't seem so bad. Second, the staff are generally very friendly. I say generally because while the lady at the desk has always been really nice to me, I have seen her get... let's say assertive with some customers. I am torn sometimes because in some ways, her "assertiveness" can be seen as poor customer service, but with the way some of the people in the terminal treat them, I think it could be justified. So don't make her mad... you've been warned. Third, easy online booking... BUT make sure you book no less than 24-hours in advance. I had forgotten to book, but I thought with just a couple of hours less than 24-hours it would be ok. It wasn't and my booking didn't show up when I checked in. They were great though and got me on a shuttle home. Although there may have been a different problem as I have checked my bank account and was not charged that $45 I paid online. Fourth, they do door-to-door delivery. It is like having your own personal chauffeur. I have started to book earlier than I need as a couple of times now they have been about 15-20 minutes late picking me up for my flight. If you are a "walk on" when you arrive at the airport or even if you have booked ahead, you might be waiting for some time. So not really an ideal service if you have somewhere to be quickly... the last time I think I waited for about 35-40 minutes for my shuttle. All this said, until I find a cheaper and more efficient option... like making friends that want to take me to the airport and pick me up... this service works quite well. read more
