My overall experience with Blackline Limousines was very good. The limo was clean and very beautiful, waxed to a shine. The driver was very professional and patiently let us take all types of pictures. Blackline offered pretty much the best rate in town for limo rental for prom night as their costs included gas and tip. There was one initial mix up when a sedan was reserved instead of a limo (even after discussing that I needed 8 people to fit in there). It would have been really unfortunate if on my daughter's prom night, a sedan had pulled up instead of the 8 passenger stretch limo that we requested. Fortunately I do check and read my email confirmations, so I called them back and Blackline corrected the error and sent me an updated, accurate confirmation. Prom reservations have a set number of hours and a set number of drop offs. Be sure to make sure your teen is aware of the time or you may have extra charges for going over the time. My daughter went a little over so I was charged extra but I was glad she had such a good time so I didn't mention it. My daughter was happy with the night so I'm happy with Blackline Limo. I would recommend them and use this service again. read more

Driver came to pick us up with no mask. When I asked him to put one on, he groaned and rolled his eyes. When I called the company to complain, the person on the phone ended by wishing me luck to find a company where the drivers are all vaccinated and wear masks as they don't inquire about whether their drivers are vaccinated or not. I cancelled my reservation and found such company on the first try. I'll pay an extra $75 to take basic safety precautions vs being stuck in a small space with a total stranger with no mask for an hour and a half. I wonder if they do any type of background checks on their drivers. I didn't ask that. I would hope so. The impolite driver and lack of an apology and argumentative tone when I called to complain was not how a service company should run their business. Also, the driver couldn't figure out how to get three suitcases in the trunk of a small sedan so he ended up putting it on the front seat. So for the return trip they just revised the quote and sent it for an SUV. Totally unprofessional experience. read more

We booked Blackline Limousines to transport our Brewer party to Wrigley Field (aka Miller Park South). Blackline hit it out of the park even though our beloved Brewers had a seemingly off day. Our trip was worry and hassle free-most important when traveling to/from Chicago on any give day. The limo was spotless, shiny, super cool air conditioning on a hot humid day, and comfortable. They provided ice and sparkling glassware to aide our pregame adult refreshments. Our handsome driver Javier-was punctual, professional and made us feel like rock stars the whole way-and never complained about our loud singing. We were dropped off at the doorstep of Wrigley Ballpark without a hitch which was amazing considering the traffic. I would recommend Blackline in a heartbeat. They are upfront about pricing and very open to discuss any unforeseen issue with a positive outcome. Very very professional company and staff. My husband and I have rented limos many times but our first time renting through Blackline Limousines. We booked a limo and a party bus for our daughters wedding day festivities this past weekend. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Staff on the phones planning the day were so helpful and pleasant. I immediately felt we were in good hands. Steve, our limo driver was awesome. Very professional and accommodating. Limo was beautiful, clean and modern. Even the napkins in the limo were our daughters wedding colors. Dan, who chauffeured the party bus was just as professional and very funny I am told from the wedding party. I was kept updated on arrival, driver names, pickup info, etc, via text the entire time. In all the excitement, I left some items in the limo by mistake. Steve realized this and went above and beyond by notifying me that he returned to the hotel and delivered them to the front desk. Blackline is the best! Highly professional and reliable car service in Milwaukee! We were flying with our young family on a long flight and using Blackline to transport us from Milwaukee to O'Hare. We had a ton of items between the stroller, car seat, diaper bag and several pieces of luggage. Our driver arrived early and helped us pack the car and get us settled for the trip. I wanted a Party Bus for my 21st birthday, and after searching around a while and receiving numerous estimates, Blackline Limousines stood out as the clear leader. While a few places offered cheaper rates, I did not get the same sense of confidence from their websites or their emails. Even still, Blackline was more reasonably priced than many other companies out there. The service was amazing from booking right through drop-off. The customer service was prompt, helpful, and polite, even at odd hours. The bus looked exactly like the pictures on the site, if not better. I got the 24-person bus because I did not know how many people I would have, and it was perfect even though we had many fewer people. 24 could definitely fit, but it would be more cozy. Instead, we got to take full advantage of the dance floor and optional pole. My driver was Joe K., and he was on-time, knew the city very well, accommodated an on-the-fly stop change, and even thought to take us to a place where we could take a picture with the skyline in the background. Blackline Limousines made my 21st birthday the most memorable (and safe) that I could imagine. read more

The company knew exactly what time my sister and I were arriving at the Milwaukee airport. They had our flight# and arrival time. I called prior to us departing Atlanta (two hours away.) The driver was not at the arrival area. The driver was not at the baggage area either. No driver, no sign. Only after I called the company again while wandering around the baggage area did the guy finally show up. Late don't cut it in my book. Will not use them again. read more
