He stopped for bathroom breaks whenever we asked, which is always a relief when you're traveling more than an hour or two. The negative, unfortunately, outweighs the positive. The van itself was kind of trashed, with holes all over the place. The driver drove really fast, which made us feel a bit unsafe, especially when going around curves. In fact, most of us felt carsick on both trips because of the driving. The driver also apparently didn't bother to bring the destination address with him, because he asked us where we were going and we had to guide him. Our group was unimpressed with the overall service, as were the other two groups that had gone before us.

The driver was 45 minutes late for pick-up at our hotel. Called the office 4 times and left messages- no one answered the phone, so we were stranded. Limo driver and office gave us different excuses as to their lateness, and when the limo showed up it reeked, REEKED of cat urine with no air controls on in the back of the limo. Arrived at the ceremony 2 minutes before the Bride was to walk down the aisle. Father of the Bride drove himself and paid for overnight parking downtown. He had to ask a relative for a ride to pick up his car. All in all- complete fail. Good luck to you if you decide to risk it all and use this limousine company. A little bit of Fabreeze goes a long way.
