He stopped for bathroom breaks whenever we asked, which is always a relief when you're traveling more than an hour or two. The negative, unfortunately, outweighs the positive. The van itself was kind of trashed, with holes all over the place. The driver drove really fast, which made us feel a bit unsafe, especially when going around curves. In fact, most of us felt carsick on both trips because of the driving. The driver also apparently didn't bother to bring the destination address with him, because he asked us where we were going and we had to guide him. Our group was unimpressed with the overall service, as were the other two groups that had gone before us.

The entire experience from initial contact to final drop off was stellar. I got a quote from another company, which was more than double what Cruise-A-Palooza quoted. I also liked that C-A-P's quote included the bus, driver, fuel, mileage and tax. (The only thing it doesn't include is the driver's tip.) The bus was really modern, super clean, had a screen (in case you wanted to stream anything) and a great blue tooth speaker system we connected to. Barb in the office was so communicative ... we never worried the bus wouldn't show, and Nathaniel, our driver, texted when he was on the way and was great all night.
