Over the years I have tried a few other agencies (due to booking with friends) and never again. Now my friends use Bayside also. Just way too easy to work with and when we wanted to stay a few extra days the resort said no way. All booked up. She called and got a room for the extra days, and then took it upon herself to rearrange the flights and everything for us. Without me asking! They are amazing. I wouldn't still be using them after all these years if they weren't.

If you have any problems you have an email or a phone number to reach out to somebody and it will be days before they reply. I did not enjoy my stay and ask for a refund when checked out early. They denied my refund and now are not replying to my emails. This is very poor customer service. This hotel has no elevator and you will have to climb up two or three flights of stairs to get to your room so if you're elderly, I do not recommend it. The thermostat doesn't work very well and I was boiling in my room and the pillows are very flat and old and I started to have neck pain. I didn't enjoy my stay and as I stated, I left early, there was nobody at the hotel to talk to about these issues. I still have the email that I sent you asking for early checkout and getting a refund so you can't say you never got a message because I also talked to somebody via email by the name of Nicole. I just sent you a copy of the email. Please do the right thing and refund me the day that I was not at your hotel.

My room was dated but clean. I asked for a quiet room and wasn't disappointed. The only issue I had was the TV remote didn't work well. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It had all the usual items you find with an included breakfast plus eggs, potatoes, and sausage. I had dinner at the attached restaurant which is a pub with mostly sandwiches and a great beer menu. Food and service were good, however the sandwiches come without any sides like fries or onion rings. There is nothing close except for fast food, so this is a decent choice.

They have a grab and go breakfast We are here once a year for two nights for a Lion Convention in Feb. Last year I booked a room with a hot tub. One of our Lions Clubs had a 75th Anniversary in August so we were back and this time I booked a Suite. I like the 2 rooms so when one of us is sleeping the other can be on their computer in another room. I am here again in 2023 for an overnight. We always say you get what you pay for. This hotel was bought out by Holiday Inn Express and is supposed to be in the middle of an upgrade but so far I have not noticed anything different except they put up a wall between the hotel and restaurant so you have to go outside and down the sidewalk to enter. Our room for a Wed. Night was only $102. We have a convention in Feb on a weekend and have a special rate of $109. So not sure what the actual room rate will be on the weekend.
