This was NOT a gift certificate or a coupon. Your comment further proves your lack of professionalism and impossibility to work with. And for your information, Brian, the driver of the limo bus company we ended up going with was compensated generously. When a business owner admittedly makes a mistake, taking it out on the customer is NOT customary. Sounded good ... until the final bill came in. OVER $1,000!! 30% higher ... $1,000 to move four pieces of furniture 30 miles. They were incredibly slow... oh, and don't forget, the time clock starts when they leave THEIR SHOP not when they arrive at your home ... and it stops NOT when they leave your new place, but when they get back to your shop ... all that at the low, low price of $210/hr. for two guys. We still have another house move in our future. Definitely won't be using them.
