I made my reservation on February 23, 2026, for September 5, 2026. On the morning of September…read more4--just one day before my stay--the hotel called and canceled it. Although they rebooked me at a nearby hotel, the replacement room was a downgrade. When I complained, I was dismissively told that I "should be glad" they kept the price the same. I then asked to speak with a manager. After placing me on hold, the employee returned and said the manager did not want to speak with me. Keeping the same price for an inferior room is hardly a favor, and a manager refusing to address a customer's legitimate concern is unacceptable. Very disappointing customer service and an unreliable reservation experience.

Room was clean but stank of home cooking, which proved to be ironic as it was advertised as having a kitchenette, and while it did indeed have one, there were no pots, pans, cups, plates, kitchen tools, or utensils. A rather obvious oversight explained away as a theft deterrent. Bed linens were bare minimum, towels more akin to hand towels, and pillows rationed like it is wartime. Relatively clean, safe, and convenient to town.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The owner gave me a complete runaround after I purchased their Yelp…read moredeal. I contacted Yelp and cancelled my purchase at the owner's request (because he didn't understand the terms of service when he posted the deal). He told me he would still honor the deal, then turned around and added a bunch of terms and restrictions, then continued to ARGUE with me about it. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT JERK! Update: Terms that were changed: Quoted price was increased from $750 to $900 after VOUCHER was applied, which in turn increased the taxes and the gratuity. This was NOT a gift certificate or a coupon. Your comment further proves your lack of professionalism and impossibility to work with. And for your information, Brian, the driver of the limo bus company we ended up going with was compensated generously. When a business owner admittedly makes a mistake, taking it out on the customer is NOT customary. Especially after the customer goes through the trouble (at YOUR request) to save YOU over $200 in fees. Bad form. "Fraudulent Jerk" was an understatement.
