Dear Limo service lovers, I have nothing but great…read morethings to say about TNT limo service in Menasha Wisconsin! I have used this service repeatedly and each time I am very pleased with the promptness and courtesy involved. Prices are extremely reasonable and you will not find a nicer driver/chauffer than Tina!!!! The limo itself is very nice and here is just a fine example of dedication and reliability. Check out this quick story of mine. On August 16th, 2013, Tina picks me and my party up from Kaukauna Wisconsin to go to Tinley park Illinois (south of Chicago) for the Black Sabbath concert reunion. Everything is going fine...then in Racine on I-94, the heater hose system failed and antifreeze was blowing out. Now this happens to anyone or any vehicle. It was a manufacturers design issue due to plastic parts from the factory..... The Limo is very well cared for. At any rate, Tina finds ( after much trying in the yellow pages) that no one is willing to come get us (rental cars including enterprise, cabs, even people off the street to drive her back up to Mitchel field airport in Milwaukee for an offered $100 cash so she can rent a car to finish driving us there). She has only one concern....getting us there and on time to the show. She is not concerned about the fact that her very nice limo is stuck far from a car mechanic. Suddenly, after she talks to the semi mechanic at the truck stop we are at who informs her he cannot legally work on the limo, does he offer up a quick fix and what does Tina do? She stuffs a $100 bill in his shirt pocket and we are on our way!!!!! We were there for 30-40 minutes and I thought the $1400 I spent on the tickets, and the fee for the Limo were all for not....but not only did Tina come thru, she gets us all the way to the venue which was near Joliet (almost to Indiana) and we walk to our seats and after about one minute, the show starts and Ozzy is standing right in front of me!!! This only happened because of Tina and TNT limo and their dedication....not to mention the fine gentleman who fixed this problem. I am telling you, if you want a quality ride with professional service from people who care, your only choice should be....TNT limousine service in Menasha Wisconsin. So to all you out there who are reading this from other states who will be flying in in the future to Green Bay or Appleton or Oshkosh, Fond du lac etc....call them at (920) 725-4665. You will not be disappointed...or better yet...late! I love TNT limo and so should you! Sincerely, Norm Benedict

We had 150 guests sitting around at the end of the night with NO transportation. They have done absolutely NOTHING to redeem themselves. They left us a message while we were on our honeymoon stating that the bus driver "assumed" that our wedding was on a Saturday and that is why he didn't show up. Take a look at the contract!!!!! That is no excuse! The owner stated that she was unable to contact us because she was up north and then said that they sent a bus to our venue an 1 1/2 late...and yelled at us that there was not a soul in sight. Well DUH....we are not going to have 150 guests sit around waiting to see if you are going to show up! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They have been avoiding our phone calls and have been extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend Kobussen Buses!

Troy was very good at taking the time to explain proper techniques and answering our questions. Even more impressive was his energy and effort in constantly searching the lake for a better location and better bite. Under some adverse conditions on Day 2, he even had us out on 3 different lakes looking for fish which were being very tight-lipped that day. He uses only top-notch equipment and the latest in ice fishing technology. His fee is reasonable and even includes a fresh cooked hot lunch on the ice (for full day trips) which we really enjoyed.

I was at Appleton Flight Center last week for EAA. They were super busy, but took great care of…read moreme. I read others saying that they raised their rates during EAA. I am not sure what people expect as they had to increase the staffing for the traffic. I was called the night before my planned departure to confirm the time and get a fuel order. I indicated that I would like them know the day of. I called that morning and indicated that I would be taking 30 gals per side, but to wait until I was at the plane (old habit). They said I would likely get a delay in fueling. I allowed them to fuel without me there. On preflight, I found that the tanks were topped off (70 more gals than planned). I mentioned that to John, the lineman and Mary at the front desk. They both said they would let their manager know. On Monday, I got an email from Bob Woods, the manager, apologizing and letting me know he had credited me the difference I paid with what my home fuel cost was for the excess 70 gals. A great leader, who exceeds expectations, makes a great operation, and I can see why they are so good.

We used the Platinum Flight Center located at the Appleton International Airport as our departure…read morepoint on our return flight to Michigan after participating in the EAA AirVenture Airshow in Oshkosh. We had flown our WWII C-47D from the Yankee Air Museum in and landed directly at Oshkosh to participate in the Warbirds displays for a couple days. Our original plan for returning was to get dropped off with our luggage near our plane when we were finished with the Airshow. Then we would take off from Oshkosh. But due to the traffic in and around the Airshow as well as complications for getting our group and our luggage to the plane for departure, our pilot decided to fly the plane from Oshkosh to Appleton International Airport which was also closer to our hotel. Then we could all meet up there to board the plane and depart for home. The air traffic was much lighter and there were virtually no vehicle traffic problems getting our group to the plane. The Platinum Flight Center at Appleton International Airport is where we met to board our plane. They operate facilities to service and fuel charters, Business flights, private planes, etc, as well as passenger services and processing. They are located on the opposite side of the airport grounds and everything looked new, clean, and well maintained. They even loaded and delivered our luggage to and onto our plane for us. This could be useful for future airshows as well.
