Called on a Saturday night, at around 940 pm. Talked to a very personable woman, who was about as helpful as a clueless bystander. She told me the cab would be there in 20-25 min. Oshkosh isn't a large city, and we have plenty of cab companies, and bar close wasn't for a number of hours. So I even thought geez, 20-25 min seems a little high, but whatever. About an hour later, a cab approaches, it isn't even our cab. Its some other company, but he says he can take us. So We took his cab, soon as we get home, I get the darling dispatcher calling me leaving me a message. (after she said she wouldn't call me when the cab arrived at my destination.) "you said you'd be watching for our cab."
Next time Ill just plan to walk. read more
