Told her my daughter's ride home was scheduled this a.m and that when school was out the teacher and my daughter were watching for taxi but no taxi showed up she dispatched taxi to do a pick up and stated id receive a text when taxi arrived at her school... I didn't like idea of my kid waiting around so I went to get her from school..at that time I called dispatch cancelling her ride at 345....at 5:05 I received a text saying the taxi ride was there. Very unprofessional. Unorganized. Rude...seemed rushed...felt like my daughters scheduled ride wasn't important enough. Was given excuse after excuse today... Do better West bend taxi .. I use to be able to trust the taxi service up until today.. curious as to why the riders are given 3 to 5 minutes to enter on taxi and if not taxi leaves..but if the taxi is over 2 hours late then what... Go back to go riteway at least all of the taxi drivers and dispatch lady knew how to do their job the right way especially when it involved elementary aged kids using the taxi...
