We had 150 guests sitting around at the end of the night with NO transportation. They have done absolutely NOTHING to redeem themselves. They left us a message while we were on our honeymoon stating that the bus driver "assumed" that our wedding was on a Saturday and that is why he didn't show up. Take a look at the contract!!!!! That is no excuse! The owner stated that she was unable to contact us because she was up north and then said that they sent a bus to our venue an 1 1/2 late...and yelled at us that there was not a soul in sight. Well DUH....we are not going to have 150 guests sit around waiting to see if you are going to show up! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They have been avoiding our phone calls and have been extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend Kobussen Buses!

The bus is set up with seats lining the walls instead of your typical bus style. And our driver was amazing. I wish I would have remembered his name but he was the best. He was super helpful with assisting people off the bus. He let us play our music and took us where we wanted to go! I definitely could not have asked for a better time! Our driver decided to make the trip a part of her own. She decided to drink at the bars we were at…read more She decided to pick up her son at the bars that we were at (conveniently chose those bars). She got pulled over while driving her son. She was smoking cigarettes on the bus. She blamed us for smoking on the bus when she was and told us we could. We went to the casino and left the bus and decided to gamble as well. She wanted tacos late at night (we were supposed to be back at 2 AM). She said not to tell her owner that we would be late and that she would cover for us. The tacos were 15 mins out of the way. We did not get back till 3 AM. Then she went and picked up her son - who proceeded to puck (as she told me the next morning, as she was our driver the next day). She returned the bus at 4 AM, which we were already home for - but we got charged an extra two hours. The next day we were out and about at bars. She sat on the bus, as most of the time this is how this process goes. We had been through things like this similarly. When we headed to dinner, we told her where we were going. She decided to come in, invite herself to dinner, did not ask, and ordered what we were eating (pre-picked fish broil). She did not offer to pay for it. She left and was gambling. When we wanted to leave, she was still playing on the video slot machine. She was the last one to leave our "group." We tipped her generously, despite all of this, on both days. Yet she had the audacity to text her boss and tell him we did not. And we had receipts to prove it. Just a disaster. On top of us getting charged for extra time and two cigarette burns - which none of our group smokes. Would not recommend it.

They operate under multiple phone numbers and possibly multiple names, which is already concerning and confusing but that's fine. At the end of the ride, the 2nd half of payment is due. When I asked about updating my card through the app!... the driver said he'd take care of it with Jake and took asked to take a photo of my card.. No credible company should ever request or handle payment information that way by taking pictures of your card! Because I trusted this company, both of my cards were charged for the 2nd half of payment over $800 total. I requested that only the original card be charged. Instead of resolving it, some dude named Jake called me 3x. I said I wanted to communicate through text so it was written. He called me multiple times, argued with me over text, and promised a refund to the card they took a picture of. As of now, I've had to open disputes with both banks. I let the owner know it was safe to charge the first card as I canceled the first dispuit and let the bank know it was legitimate. I asked them to just stop making charges on multiple cards. This business put me in a stressful, costly situation. No professional company should mishandle sensitive payment information, double-charge a customer, or fail to follow through on promised refunds. In today's economy, no one can afford to have $800 tied up due to a company's negligence. For your safety, security, and peace of mind DO NOT trust this company with your business. Obviously my fault for allowing them to take my info. and trusting the word of some sweet old unsuspecting man. But when you're wasted at the end of a party bus you want to trust that the company you're spending over $1k with can be trusted and this is not them. Avoid the headache

It wa a literally like a school bus, I was VERY disappointed but didn't let it ruin our night and figured I would message Marty the next morning. I messaged him and he claimed he gave us the "new party bus that they recently purchased" and made it seem like he did us a favor because it's a 35 passenger and he didn't charge "extra". I would NOT have paid for this bus. I told him that I felt he should have told me that we were getting a different bus than what we signed up for but he didn't seem to care.
