I'll pay premium prices for excellent service, but its hit or miss with them. Constant delays and excuses. Projects not completed, and no help when they cant complete a project. Extremely disappointed in the value for the service. Our bottom job was 3 months late and 2.5 times the original estimate due to "unforeseen issues" even though blistering was known before we even took it here. There was always another project ahead of ours. Could not be more disappointed in the value and timeliness of the service provided. I even wrote to the owner, and never got a response. Overall poor customer service.

They have a fuel dock and pumpout station. They have full and capable boat repair and parts. We learned so much about the town of Green Bay and about the Packers as well! Nick, the owner/tour guide was so awesome and patient with us, as we asked him so many questions, and asked him to take tons of photos of us! If you have never been on a Segway before, no worries, Nick the owner/tour guide or another tour guide will give you an instructive and informative "rules of the road" for a 15 or 20 minute class on how to use the Segway's properly! Each Segway has their own names too!! Like, "Pink Cat", "Claude" and many more!! This is a must do when in the town of Green Bay!!

It seems like all the drivers there are extremely friendly with bright personalities. It was about a 40 minute wait for others with larger groups but only about 15 minutes for our party of two. The ride itself is under an hour, wish it was longer. Highly recommend, the dunes themselves are breath taking. You'll see them poking on the horizon as you pull up to the place.
