It was a significant investment, but it was worth it from the moment we arrived at the Atlantis Resort. The kids and I knew right away we were in for an unforgettable vacation. The kids loved everything about the resort the food, our room, the atmosphere, the water slides, the pools, and all there was to explore. Their favorite spot was Dolphin Cay. We spent nearly every day there, whether playing with dolphins, swimming with them, or snorkeling through the Ruins of Atlantis. They especially enjoyed their time with the sea lions. This was something new for them, and the sea lions were incredibly interactive. We also got to enjoy both Canada Day and July 4th fireworks, which made the trip even more special. Another highlight for our family was completing Blackbeard's Escape Room together. Throughout our stay, the resort felt safe, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Everything was planned out perfectly - the flights, transfers and hotel. Unfortunately we had a rocky start going to our honeymoon when they closed our airport due to weather for a few hours causing us to miss our two connecting flights to our honeymoon and delaying our arrival by one day. She was on the phone with us at all hours of the night making sure we were okay and we got to the hotel while we waited for a new flight to be issued by the airline. She called our hotel in Bora Bora to let them know what happened. It was unfortunate but she took care of us and was in contact with us the whole step of the way when we had no idea what to do! She was so understanding and was able to get the hotel to move the day we missed to the end of the honeymoon so we didn't miss out and she did her magic to rebook our flights back. Our trip to Bora Bora was what we hoped for and more - it was such a dream!
