Lynette started working on it right away, staying late that night, and coming in early the next morning to work on the modification to add my daughter. The next day Laurie was back to work and she too jumped right on it. She and Lynette spent many hours in hold, making calls, and sending emails to add her to the cruise, our pre and post hotel nights in Barcelona, and worked on figuring out the transfers and other details that needed to be dealt with. Laurie and Lynette went above and beyond to satisfy us as their customers. It all worked out and my daughter will be able to join us! That's exciting for us. They didn't answer all day Monday. Someone emailed at 11:40p Monday night. I replied. No follow-up. Someone called back Tuesday 10:42a after the intended departure and paying cash equals no guaranteed seat and the upcharge is wild. $30 cash or $23 online for this trip. Anywhoo, I still couldn't buy online with the rep. I had to use her to complete the purchase. Same info. Yet I couldn't purchase she could. And, spelling names and streets is annoying when I can just type online. Maybe they'll get it together with the service and follow-up.

The bus to Madison stops at the mall stop "just in case" - that's not what the policy says to do. Second, the mobile charging and outlets are not intuitively placed. mobile charging is under the seat in the middle instead of next to the outlets right in front of you. Third the pass wasn't scanned. Sounds conven, maybe it is, but at that point you might as well take cash. Fourth the driver was having a VERY hard time keeping the bus in the lanes during modest wind conditions.
