Lynette started working on it right away, staying late that night, and coming in early the next morning to work on the modification to add my daughter. The next day Laurie was back to work and she too jumped right on it. She and Lynette spent many hours in hold, making calls, and sending emails to add her to the cruise, our pre and post hotel nights in Barcelona, and worked on figuring out the transfers and other details that needed to be dealt with. Second, the mobile charging and outlets are not intuitively placed. mobile charging is under the seat in the middle instead of next to the outlets right in front of you. Third the pass wasn't scanned. Sounds conven, maybe it is, but at that point you might as well take cash. Fourth the driver was having a VERY hard time keeping the bus in the lanes during modest wind conditions.
