I was in town for the week and looked up some local donut shops. Milton Quality Bakery popped up and had some great reviews so I had to check it out. As far as the donuts are concerned these are the best donuts I have had. The glazed donuts were warm and sponge consistency as they melted in your mouth. The Boston creme donuts were absolutely amazing. The honey bun and cinnamon rolls were absolutely huge but I didn't get one I'm sure they were awesome. I will definitely be going to this place numerous times during my visits to Milton. read more

This is the go to place for doughnuts to cakes. They have produced some beautiful cakes. The doughnuts are better than Dunkin and Krispy Kream put together. I have never had any complaints with everything I have gotten there. read more

Best traditional donuts in a 2 hour radius!!! The chocolate iced glazed donuts are in the Top 10 in the world!!!

Didnt care for the service here or the donuts unfortunately! Waited in line, was ignored, and overlooked til I spoke up then the woman was very short and unfriendly. They been closed because of storm damage, but recently reopened. This is hands down the best hometown bakery I've tried. Wonderful breads and cakes made to order. I wish I had some photos to share, but it's so good that we eat them before I remember to take pictures. read more

Absolutely nothing better than the Milton Quality Bakery. Try the George Washington if you are a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies and glazed icing! But everything is delicious. The only thing better than MQB donuts are the people who own it. read more

The only negative here is they don't sell hot donuts. The donuts are great, and reasonable priced, about 2/3 the cost of crispy cream and they are larger and better (but cold). The honey buns are my favorite. Huge and only a dollar. read more

very disappointed from the moment I walked in. no southern hospitality here. for a locally owned southern bakery this place is terrible. no one greets customers, the staff stands behind the counter and stares at the customer expecting an interaction. why are the donuts kept in the back? is this why there is a sign asking for cash tips? what are customers tipping? 4% surcharge for card transactions in 2024 is ridiculous. next time I want quality fresh donuts I am going to Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. everyone there greets customer happily. read more

Milton Bakery has been a staple in my life. I used to go for donut holes as a kid after church. When my family moved out of Florida, we still always visited the bakery on each visit home. Must haves: the drop cookies or Fudge Fancies and the brownies. The fudge fancies are like a "kitchen sink" of cookies topped with a kiss-sized dollop of fudgy icing. Before I ever set foot in the Milton Bakery, I'd tasted the homemade sweets as a gift from my realtor. But I had to check out the place for myself. When I walked in, I felt that I'd been transported to a small town bakery...oh, wait, that's exactly where I was. Not only were my ears treated to a chorus of good mornings from the staff, my nose easily detected the combination of cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and other ingredients that are staples in baked goods. After Lily helped me with my selections, I got as far as my car. And that's where I ate one of my purchases, a raspberry danish (I just couldn't wait). It was delicious! The pastry was buttery. The icing had the right amount of sweetness that was perfect with the slight tartness of the raspberry filling. Don't miss this hometown gem! read more

My friend from Ireland joined me on a whirlwind trip to Florida, and after my brother introduced Milton donuts to him one morning, he couldn't stop dreaming about them. We made one more stop here just so he could have one more blueberry cake donut. Or three. I loved the sour cream donut. Had the moistest (hehehe, how many people just cringed?) quality and the flavor was spot on. If I lived here, I would weigh 539 lbs because of these donuts. read more
