I got a call from the woman who does acrylics at about 12:05, she asked if I'm still coming in and I told her that I was so extremely sorry and thought I had booked my appointment for 2 PM, I asked if I can come in 30 min or any time later and she said "there's nothing available" then hung up on me while I was talking. I wasn't sure if this was accidental so I called back immediately and was ignored. I was honestly super hurt by this because I felt like me and the employees had a good relationship as I was a loyal customer for years, this was a very unprofessional way of handling the situation especially when the salon is not appointment based. If she is going to get that upset about a client being late or making an accidental mistake then she should start charging deposit fees and switching to appointment only rather than hanging up in somebody's face. I've never been back since that incident simply because that was rude and unprofessional.

Ann used a very course file to file my nails down then didn't follow up with a finer file so my nails felt rough. While doing my cuticles she cut me and neglected to use cuticle oil on them. While painting my nails she tried to upsell me on getting my eyebrows done by her and I declined. That didn't stop her, she was persistent by telling me how good she was at eyebrows and how my eyebrows had no shape to them. I politely declined again. After that exchange, Ann opened up her phone to text another client while she was working on me. After the painting was done, no offer of a nail dryer was ever made. She took off to her next client and I sat with my daughter during the rest of her pedicure waving my hands to dry them. I decided to say something to the nice lady at the checkout, who heard me out and agreed that the service I had gotten was subpar, so she had another nail tech try to file my nails better and apply cuticle oil. My nails today, each fingernail is chipping. They look terrible and I will have to remove the polish. It hasn't even been 72 hours since my manicure. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the place is clean and they did try to salvage the poor work done by Ann. If you go here, make sure you get Quinn. She was very nice and helpful and did a nice job trying to fix a bad manicure.

It's not a fancy place for sure, so don't expect much other than good service, really nice mani/pedi with a very fair price. The pedi used to be $20 about 5-6 yrs. ago, now $30 but compared to most places this is the best price I found. I won't pay $45-55+ for pedicure. Lily spent nearly an hour knowing I wasn't on tight time crunch. I noticed the pedi chairs were newer, but not great for massages. I will continue comino complaints.

When another person finished my nails, the the French tips were uneven. Some areas weren't fully cured and one nail actually cracked before I even left. Throughout the visit, no one was welcoming or communicative and felt very unwelcoming. I rarely leave reviews like this, but the service and quality, weren't acceptable. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable, and a lot of the nail tech supplies did not look very sanitary or kept up very well

However, they did not use proper builder gel -- they used builder gel polish, which is much weaker. As a result, my nails are already bending. There are also visible bubbles throughout the gel, and they didn't fully remove the previous polish underneath. You can actually see the old polish seeping through the new set, which is unacceptable for a professional service. I paid expecting proper builder gel application and quality work, and unfortunately that's not what I received. I would not recommend if you're looking for true builder gel or long-lasting results.
