Got my nails and toes done here today and I love them! Staff is super nice and friendly!

I wanted to try this salon while I'm in town so I went last week and got a full set. They charged me 15$ extra for a "design" because I asked her to only paint a line not my whole nail. So today I came back in because my nails were already lifting and I asked her to fix ONE nail. She said it would cost and I told her she already charged me a ridiculous amount for them, also the fact I got them done last week. She told me they were too long for my natural nail that's why they lifted and she can put nail glue for free so I left. I get my nails done longer than this and way extravagant all the time. They usually last me two or three weeks this is crazy how they're already coming off. They're over priced and not considerate. read more

These ladies were quick and very nice. I don't typically leave reviews but when looking for somewhere to go, I noticed this place didn't have any recent reviews. I did a basic mani pedi. The process was thorough and comfortable. They didn't bother me with small talk, so the introvert in me was okay with that :). The prices were reasonable and the place seemed clean, including them requiring masks and enforcing this expectation. Overall I think it was a good experience for what I paid. read more

I have gone here for years and have always had the same gal do my pedicures. About a year ago, i got someone new and I tipped her as i would the gal that had always done me. When i went to check out, the gal that always had done me rang me up and i gave her a tip as well and told her to please do me next time. The next time i went in, i was told that if i wanted her i had to request her because everyone needed to rotate and get tipped so i stopped going there. About 3 months ago, i went back for convenience. I get pedicures every two weeks, deluxe always the same fragrance etc. Today, i was told AFTER everything. was said and done and i went up to pay, Keep in mind i called and made an appointment for a deluxe pedicure that i have done for years, and they told me that they had changed there pedicures and that what i had gotten for years is now called luxury and charged me 60 dollars. That was the last time, until they change owners, that i will go back there. It's dirty business practice. read more

Finally found a nails salon that satisfied me the most. Ladies were very nice, talented and helpful. They can do every design that you want to get. I always get a shellac and it lasts for at least 2 weeks. Very happy everytime I go there, loved my experience! read more

Came in for a manicure on my break from work and they were quick to get me in. When removing my cuticles they weren't being clipped off but ripped. My finger started to bleed and shortly after I got a bunch of painful hang nails because this wasn't properly done. Everything seemed rushed and frankly... half-assed. I am disappointed because I don't normally get these done because I have other more important things to spend money on. I regret deciding to "treat" myself as my hands are now left in worse shape than before I went there. One of the workers... I am assuming the owner was short with me when I told him I wanted a regular manicure instead of shellac or gel but was quick to let me know it won't last long and then cut off conversation. Never again! My daughter and I got dip manicures, which we have gotten for years from another salon. Both of our techs were very rough with our hands and instead of soaking the old dip off they were very aggressive with their grinders, used tips to tear the old dip off, burning my fingers several times and actually GRINDING A HOLE in the middle of my daughters nail causing the nail bed to come through and bleed!! We talked to the manager who said it would be fine, the new dip will help it, and if it kept hurting by night time or the next day to come back and they would remove the new dip. The manager said that we should have told them she has thin nails, she has had dip for years and has normal nails and has never had this happen. They would not even give a discount for injuring her or destroying her nail. Of course it still hurts, but they obviously don't know what they are doing and are only interested in doing things fast, not correctly. We also overheard one of the techs telling a customer that SHE WAS SICK, and she really looked unwell, with COVID why was she at work? Unsafe and unhealthy place, I never write negative reviews, but this place needs to be avoided!! read more

If I can give 0 stars I would so I went in to get a manicure done I was the only one in there and they rushed to the point where when the lady was cutting my cuticle she cut my skin and made me bleed and then she didn't even make sure I was okay she just kept going on with whatever. Place is way to busy which makes them rush through your service, my gel manicure barely lasted a week last time I went to them.

Went for the first time last week. I rarely get pedicures so...yeah, I needed one to get ready for sandal season pretty bad. Wait was less than five minutes. My technician did a wonderful job and my feet were transformed and looking beautiful. The massage chair was WONDERFUL. Price was well worth it. I will definitely be returning. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. When I first got there I saw a cool marble design on one of the nails on display, I asked my nail tech if I could get that and she flat out said no. I then asked if I could get the matte topcoat put on my color to make it matte, she started saying they don't do that until my friend mentioned last time she got them done they did it for her. Then she said they could do it for an extra $3. Not only was my nail tech rude, my friends nail tech argued with her about her shape. She wanted square and, as you can see from the picture, the nails are not square. My friend asked if the tech could fix it and she was told there was nothing she could do that her nails are as square as they can be. Definitely NOT going back there. read more

I came in about an hour before closing. I asked for a mani-pedi. They were pretty busy, but said they could do a pedi. I was so excited because it had over six months since I had one. I was looking forward to a relaxing 45 min. Well that wasn't the case at all. It all started with the lady telling me to stick my feet into freezing cold water. I had to ask her to please at least make it warm. My feet had not even soaked for a minutes before she started removing name polish and clipping the skin around my toenails. My feet barely had time to soften. What made it a less-than-ok experience is that she was clearly rushing! I could not even relax from the moment I got in the chair! She was working so fast that she didn't realize she was clipping too much skin from my toes. There were several times where I jumped in my seat because the pedicure was HURTING! I looked at my toes when I got home and it was not quality work. I don't need to pay someone $40 for a gel pedicure that looked like I did it at home. Thank you very much. Not to mention two parts of my toes were tender from where she trimmed off too much skin! The other real bummer for me was that I was looking forward to be able to just relax in the chair for a bit. Well she had me in and out of there in less than 30 min. There were two ladies who had already been in their pedicure chairs getting their feet worked on at least 15 minutes before me. I came and went before they were even finished. Just not a great experience for me. I'll be going back to what I know will always be an awesome experience. I was just trying out another place that someone had recommended. If I am going to pay the same amount as the next customer, I think I should be taken care of just as well. read more

Buyer beware!! So, I went here the other day for a pedicure and I swear I will never again set foot in this establishment. The pedicure was alright - nothing spectacular - but for $20 I was ok with that. Then, I gave them my credit card to pay. When she put the slip on the counter for me to sign, she conveniently covered the total section with my card. Thankfully, I thought to look. She had run my card for $25.50. So...I wrote a big, fat 0 on the tip line (which she also conveniently covered) and totaled it out. As I'm walking out the owner - a very pushy, pushy man with an iPad - started yelling "you need tip in cash! Ma'am you need tip in cash!" I turned around and said, "no, no I do not and showed him the receipt where they charged me for the tip already! I should have demanded they cancel that run on my credit card because $5 was FAR too much of a tip for them but I just wanted out of there. This sleazy transaction taught me never to go back - and I hope people will see this and never set foot there! It's just a rude and dishonest way of running a business. Who knows how many people unknowingly tip above what they run your card for. It's ridiculous. read more

Went to get my wedding nails done and both the shellac colors were very different than I had chosen out. The lady, Amy, rushed and didn't do a very good job. And because she was rushing she formed a painful bruise from filing my skin instead of filing the nail bed. Won't be coming back here for sure. read more

Not pleased with Milton nails anymore. Used to be great and attentive but their new staff rush through your services. Gel pedicure now costs $40 and you barely get a massage. Manicures have gone in the shitter too with uneven filing and messy polish buildup around my fingers requiring me to ask to wipe it off...really? No thanks. A one star only because I have to. So very disappointed. Went in for my eyebrow wax. Walked out and missing half my brows. My right brow is almost completely gone after the arch and the left is missing a chunk near my nose raising it unnaturally high and MUCH higher then the right giving me a very undesired cock-eyed effect. I asked the lady to keep them full and they are near 90's pencil thin. I called within 5 minutes of leaving to speak to a manager or owner both of which they claimed weren't available. Granted, the gentleman on the phone was quite apologetic and nice offering a free pedi or my money back but I declined both. I will just find somewhere new--you know 2 months from now when I have grown my EYEBROWS back in to wax again. Honestly, I just wanted to let them know this particular salon worker needs to be taken off waxing or retrained. I could cry thinking about someone else walking out looking like this. read more

I offered to pay what he had done and he said no...The way they talk/treat some of their customers is crazy. I just couldn't sit back and take it any longer... Honestly...... this nail salon is rated one of the best (out of the few) ones in Milton and every time I end up leaving disappointed last Thursday was the third and probably last time I went there. I got a fill, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. First off, the fill was done when I got my pedicure - which is fine - but it takes away the relaxing and sadly my nails are now different lengths and crooked. Second I asked the girl to match my pedicure (regular polish) color to the gel color I picked for my fingers and they don't match whatsoever. Third, my eyebrows don't look any different. The girl could hardly tweeze one hair so she left them instead. Last, my acrylic BROKE after two days and my gel polish is already chipping. I live so close to this place and want to like it so bad but after three times and all poor experiences I won't be back. read more

I've been going here for 6 years. I love it. You don't have to be afraid to speak your mind on how you want your nails done. They always get me in Asap and even when others are waiting they make sure they fit them in with expert rotation. In addition if something isn't right with your nails you can come back for a fix with no questions at no charge. I've been going here a long time and I've never seen anyone leave unhappy yet. I will Never return here. They do Not put enough glue on to hold a nail down so you end up with major gaps which can cause infection, and after just 2 days the acrylic starts lifting from around the cuticle area. The only fix she offered was super glue. 4 out of 5 nails lifting off is not gonna be adequate when i paid $40. I told her they needed redone. All she wanted to do was argue and tell me all nails gap. Which is bs. Ive never had that happen with my usual nail place. The lady then accused me of causing my nails to do this. This place is nice. The people are very friendly. My mom and I always went here together. They always went out of their way for my Mom. She was sick from cancer and had a hard time. They would give her snacks if she was getting light headed and just do anything for her. After my Mom passed away the owner ran to the store while my Sister and I were getting our nails done for the funeral and bought us flowers to place on my Mom's grave. Even without and appointment I feel like I never have to wait very long. The staff is nice and they do a great job every time! Will NEVER return! Have been there several times for manicures and pedicures and was satisfied, for the most part. Just stopped in a few days ago to have a manicure with shellac. The technician was talking to the other technicians the entire time and was not paying attention to what she was doing. My nails ended up with the top coat all over my cuticles and skin. And, she left nail polish on my skin. When she tried to remove the polish with a cuticle remover she cut my finger. I showed her what she had done and she just looked at me. When I came back to talk to the owner, he said that I would need to have my nails redone right at that moment or the next day. I told him I was taking heavy medication and don't drive. I am getting ready to have surgery on my back and he said it doesn't matter, "he treats everyone the same, no exceptions!" No one ever apologized to me. The owner was so rude!
