My 9yo son, husband and I flew from Asia into Boston this past summer and arranged in advance with Noel. His communication and professionalism is wonderful and appreciated. I even asked for our name sign at pick up to say something special (unique to our family) and he created it and took a picture to email me in advance to make sure it was what I wanted! One of my best friends showed up at the airport to surprise me and when we all walked out he even offered to give her a ride! He was social with us on our 1 hour commute but also gave us space. I had also let him know my husband was a larger (tall) man and he ensured me he would put us in something comfortable. He delivered with an immaculately clean, newer, large Cadillac Escalade. He was dressed as a professional chauffer should be dressed. He had waters for us and the ride was so comfortable and enjoyable-hard to say after being on a 15 1/2 hour flight! Upon arrival at its new location they moved the existing sofa in the house to the side of the street for my son and then moved the sofa in and got it set up. I contacted LTI and communicated that I had a flight planned to depart San Diego on June 20, 2026 to arrive at 6:30am (overnight flight across country, ~3000 miles) into Boston airport. Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it's my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges. I'm currently working to challenge their mistake. I asked them to provide the voice record so I could review and I'm willing to accept charge if I misspoke. No voice recording provided. It's very frustrating and today , I found they are not BBB accredited! It should also be noted that LTI added a 41 dollar tip for services not provided. Update: LTI agreed that they made mistake and communicated that they will not continue to process original charge.
