Turns out the converters were fine, sensor turned off on its own. The sensor light was the result of bad gasoline, once that cleared out the light went off. We researched failures of catalytic converters and the failure rate on modern cars. This is a rare event according to the major manufacturer of converters. We were really disappointed in this very expensive recommendation, as this business had great reviews.

I explained I had the truck at another shop and decided to replace the motor, as my motor had a lot of miles on it. I purchased the motor and had it shipped directly to his shop, and he could replace the motor with the re-manufactured motor. He said he could and quoted me a price that was reasonable, he also replaced a radiator with a larger cooling system. Total price was $4000.00 less than Milstead's quote even with the cost of the motor and radiator. The work was completed and 2 days later, the truck is running like a top and cooling system is not gone over the normal operating temperature for that engine. So the truck was done at the date stated and was not released until they made sure it was running right and no codes were showing. Happy so far, Thanks to Gene and mechanics.

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car.
